I was in to sound decision the second week of September of 2021 to get a full audio install/swap from a completely factory setup as I had just bought this 2006 civic from my grandmother. I was billed approx $1380. I had provided some of the audio equipment being installed but nothing that had notable problems upon return. The highlight of this problem area pertains to the subwoofer installed in the rear deck. This was a factory enclosure and we came up with the general consensus that this was going to be a hard fit and no modifications. Along with this, the brand of speaker I had wanted was unavailable, which according to specs would have fit well but I guess we won't ever know. I asked them to pick their best recommendation for this same area and now they decided to shove this Polk in there. Must not have checked to see if it even fit. I got my car back and immediately some hardware like my astrostart autostart module was falling out on my feet by my pedals. I called and asked them what was up with it and was told to tuck it up there again. It kept falling out and so I called back and they told me to zip tie it up myself?!? That's when I told them about my trunk and how the torsion bars were hitting the magnet every time I would open and close it. So we made a fate appointment, I got my car back after not even an hour and decided it might be best to see how they fixed it and they very obviously must have decided to move some the hardware for my trunks torsion bars. I don't trust them working on my car anymore because of how sloppy of a job they did but the owner refuses to pay anyone else to fix it the right away and says "it's a five minute fix". I left a star google review and was immediately getting emails and then even calls over this debacle. That torsion bar resting on 2 of the 3 newly installed speakers in the rear deck is sending vibrations all throughout my trunk. The integrity of the moved hardware is going to vibrate right out. Please help, I feel stuck.
