    I placed an order with Midwest Armor last year for a ballistic helmet. I never ended up receiving it and it took months for them to refund. On top of that they have promised me for about a year a half they would send me a free helmet. Well it never ended up happening and Ive been ghosted by them. This a terrible business do not do any kind of business with these people. Theyre liars.

    Placed order July 6th, got the runaround via e-mail after inquiring as to order shipment status. Never received.

    I ordered armor plates from them in February. The 8 week shipping window passed with no firm updates. I then modified my order with the help of their outstanding customer service team on ****** and they gave me a deal for my troubles. That was in April, over 11 weeks ago. No firm updates since and the items still havent shipped. A partial refund from two weeks ago has not been completed yet either. Avoid at all costs

    Ordered a helmet in early May with a lead time of 4-5 weeks. By Week 12 they claimed to have gotten in the product but what I ordered only came with MLOK rails despite it being advertised with typical rails. I requested a refund and I have been getting the run around for 2 weeks as of this review.

    My purchase a helmet on April 11th and the lead time at that time was 2 months when two months went by kept emailing and texting and they keep telling me it's gonna be next or by the end if the month so couple more months go by with the same response i got in contact with them july 26th *** asked for my refund and cancel my order which they not done either my account still says processing they told me it will only take one day to get my refund I just won't my money back and move past this horrible experience

    I purchased a helmet from Midwestarmor March 2023, its now June 2024 and still havent gotten it. After multiple phone calls and many emails over the course of a year+ trying to get my $490 helmet I have not seen a refund or the helmet. Do not order anything from these scam artist. I have asked for a refund multiple times and nothing.

    I ordered a plate carrier/soft armor package in July 2023, and while I received the plate carrier promptly, the armor never showed up. At the time I got the carrier, Midwest armor's customer service stated the ********************** was 2 weeks delayed, but as of now (January ****) I have not received anything. Purchase at your own risk.
