    I went to this nail spa picked out a package and once at the register it was almost $40 more than what I picked out. During the service I was asking questions and no one seemed to understand English because they gave no answer or acknowledged that I was asking questions until I got to the register asking questions. Then one guy pointed out very fine print that was very unnoticeable, which could’ve been shown to me during the service. The person doing my pedicure was Tony, I tipped him $20 immediately, he took time and care. For a $57 pedicure to come to $82 is outrageous. I tipped the technician in cash before going to the register to see such a jump was distasteful especially since I was asking questions. One lady did answer one question regarding nail color. I wanted the color from my nails to match the French on my feet. She grabbed my hand and starred at my diamond wedding set than my nails. She spoke English very well. I feel as if she told the technician in their language not to answer me so they could up charge. I will not be returning to their establishment but they should not be allowed to do this to people. I feel they wanted to capitalize on the patrons that were inside to makeup for the lack of customers.
