      I am rejecting this response because: Safe Haven has not provided any kind of accounting to show me that she does not owe my mother her $500 deposit.  This is what I have been asking for since January.  I don't even know what she means by saying 'she committed to 3 months of service of 4 hours per week'. I don't think this is accurate and would like to see a contract stating that agreement.  In the beginning my mother paid with checks and then with her credit card.  I have all of her payment receipts and I wanted to match them up with Safe Haven's accounting.  I asked them to provide the last three invoices, but they have sent me nothing.  At this point, I believe they would simply make up an invoice to show they don't owe the deposit.  I don't know how a person can run a business this way.

      ****************************** said she was closing the business. This is theft and I don't know what to do about it. I'm just trying to figure out what the business owes my mother. I can only imagine how many other seniors this person has taken advantage of. Can you help?

      I do not owe ***** 500. She kept telling us that she would let us know if she didn't need service.  She was charged for 3 months service once a week for 4 plus hours.  She decided she was going to go with a different provider after 3 months.

      I sent your ***** the invoices. Her mother with whom I have contract. So if she didn't send them to her daughter that's not my responsibility.  Also she knew I have had major medical since before January and still recovering.  I sent the invoices to her mom *****. I told her I don't owe $500.

      I am rejecting this response because: Safe Haven told me they would send me copies of invoices in January.  I understand they sent invoices to my mother, but my mother can't find them right now.  I thought it would be reasonable to ask for copies of the invoices, and am really confused why they can not provide me with this information.  Given their inability to provide proper accounting, I will have to consider pursuing legal action.
