      My 2 year olds were hit today in the face with a ball by a 7 year old. He was already trying to bully them in the ball pit so we left the ball pit told an employee and went to the playground area. he literally ran from the ball pit to the playground just to hit them as hard as he could with the ball. I told the employee again and asked for a refund she said they cant do refunds or anything about the kid theyd have to watch the cameras. Then while we were getting or socks and shoes on his brother came over and said his older brother told him to come over and beat my kids up!! I told the manager and she said she couldnt do anything about it and that we could always leave if we were unhappy. One of the employees said these same kids beat up on little kids ALL the TIME!!! Dont do business with them!!

      I have paid 12 month membership agreement , I am pretty internet savvy and have done research , after paying the agreement there is suppossed to be the option online to cancel , such option does not exist , will be sueing the company if I do not hear back asap. You can not lie about an option to cancel on the website there clearly isn’t one even tho you have paid the full 12 months
