      I got t-boned by one of their insurers on 4/16/24. I filed a claim through them to get my car fixed. The adjuster , *****************************, is telling me he cant put me in a rental car until my body shop has the parts to fix the car. He sent me the reservation to pick up the rental car and i was informed by enterprise that he has me paying for the rental car myself. I called ******* back cause that not correct. He first said that- thats not how it works I have to pay for it and I mentioned that I talked to a lawyer and thats not what he said and that he was to pay for it. He then said that he was gonna make sure that thats what he put on the reservation and he was gonna fix the errors on his end and send it back to enterprise. ********** then said that he changed the type of car I was getting but not the payment going to him. I shouldnt have to call him multiple times about the same error over and over again.

      although I dont agree with it all after talking to my attorney and enterprise saying hes specifically billed yall for claimants in the past. Adding the extra step to reimburse me instead of just paying yourself just adds more hassle for everyone. When accidents arnt planned nor not everyone has ********** laying aside for other people to hit their car. My car was at the body shop since Tuesday and parts came in Wednesday or Thursday. And just got a rental car. Thats days that you didnt want to put me in a rental drivable or not Im not keeping rust on a brand new car. Thanks for your time.

      i filed a claim feb 21 2024 and heard nothing from anyone one of their insurers hit my vehicle. i snapped al the pictures and they sent a quote, i took my car to a shop and again heard nothing from anyone regarding the steps. the shop told me they would get in touch with the insurance company of any additional money was needed. A month later i still have not received my vehicle. the shop requested a supplemental and when i called them they finally said the car was ready but there was a balance to be paid i said i shouldnt be paying anything, next thing i know i called national general they told me a check was sent to me which i never received and it will take ***** hours to cancel but after they will send the check to the shop here we are a week later still not stop payment and still no car my car is now in the shop almost 2 months due to national general lack of communication and negligence. I WANT MY CAR AND IM SICK OF THIS. I CANT GET IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE THSY CAN HELP ME. THIS INSURANCE COMPANY *****.

      National General Insurance is supposed to give me a rental after their claim member hit my vehicle. They are only giving me 45 dollars a day which even in the area national General is in isn't enough for a vehicle.

      On March 10, 2024, I was hit by a driver who has Integon Insurance. The driver was at fault and I have been trying to contact Integon for the past month with little to no success. Since immediately following the accident, I have made over a dozen phone calls and/or requested call backs yet have never received any type of response regarding the claim. A week after the accident, the insurer still hadnt reported it. ****************** finally received Claim # after inquiring, but an adjuster hadnt been assigned yet. I called again, finally reached a person but was then transferred and put on hold for over hour. ****************** has tried to reach out several times after receiving the claim number but havent been able to speak with anyone further. My vehicle is unsafe to operate as the driver had hit my tire and the car now shakes when you go over a certain speed level. My vehicle is a necessity as I am the caretaker for an elderly parent and have children with medical & special needs and your company is creating a precarious situation for me and my family.

I have no choice to accept sadly it took this complaint to ************ back from someone after a month. I put complain 4/12/24 and they called me 4/15/24 and actually gave me the Correct insurance information. This could have been resolved so much quicker.

      National General Insurance customer was liable for a car accident involving my vehicle. Their customer's policy was not large enough to cover damages, so *************************** the National General agent that was over this claim suggested that I file the claim through my insurance company (Statefarm). National General Insurance gave me their account number for Enterprise Car Rental so a rental can be use. The account had it were I had to pay some of the amount while using rental. ******* said that National General Insurance will reimburse for the rental. I have emailed ******* and the claims department multiple times the invoice from Enterprise for reimbursement. It has been weeks and no one has replied to emails. The claim number for National General is #*********. Attached is the invoice from **********.

      I am writing to formally request the immediate cancellation of my car insurance policy (Policy Number: INT60216400301) and the prompt refund of my premium amounting to $460.On 11/27/2023, I secured a car insurance policy through Blatchly Insurance, believing I was dealing directly with them. It was only upon receiving the documentation that I discovered the policy was underwritten by INTEGON. This lack of transparency and high price prompted me to cancel the policy immediately, a decision communicated through Progressive Insurance (my new car insurance) agents. And the cancellation starts on 11/27/2023.Despite taking the necessary steps for cancellation, it has been five months without acknowledgment of the cancellation or the initiation of a refund. My attempts to resolve this issue included contacting INTEGON customer service, who advised me to instruct Blatchly Insurance to submit the cancellation request directly to INTEGON. Unfortunately, the email address provided by INTEGON's customer service ****************** attention: *****) proved to be invalid, further complicating my attempts to cancel the policy.Blatchly Insurance has assured me that they have submitted the cancellation request on my behalf. However, the absence of any confirmation of cancellation or the issuance of a refund has left me in an untenable situation.Holding onto customer funds without providing the purchased service is not only unethical but also illegal. As such, I demand immediate action to cancel Policy Number INT60216400301 and refund the full premium amount of $460 that I am rightfully owed.I trust that INTEGON will address this matter with the urgency and seriousness it warrants. Please confirm receipt of this letter and inform me of the steps being taken to expedite the cancellation and refund process.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.Sincerely,***********************

      On April 10,2022 while I was deployed overseas my daughter was hit by a customer of *********************************************. The wreck led my daughter to go to the hospital and our vehicle was totaled. As of November of 2023 National General had not yet paid the hospital bill and we were being harassed about the debt going in to Collection. I paid a bare minimum to keep that from incurring. After multiple attempts at phone calls and emails, National Paid what we thought was the total bill, but after that finally cleared, the hospital charged back a portion of the bill they claimed was written down due to no insurance payments. The bill sits at just over $1600. I again reached over to my adjuster through phone/email/voicemails explaining that we were still getting billed. I deployed overseas again at the end of 2023. It is now April 2024, two years after the initial wreck/claim and there is still no resolution from National General. They wont answer phone calls, reply to emails, or return voicemail inquiries.

      In January 2024, we were hit by a driver who has National General Insurance. The driver was found to be at fault. Since then we have made dozens and dozens of calls to National General Insurance with no call backs. When we finally received a call from them after weeks on weeks of waiting they said they cant confirm some information from the National General driver(who they insure) so the case would be closed. They claim they can not get in touch with the party at fault.National General Insurance in the worst company I have ever tried to deal with, they do not care about any of their customers, not even the customers they insure. Because National General Insurance will not reach out to this party to get this handled, unfortunately we are having to use our insurance to make repairs and in return our insurance company will have to take action to get it resolved. Wouldnt you think National General Insurance would care enough about their customers to get it resolved, so their own customers don't face any policy cancellations among many other things. All we want is for our vehicle to be fixed. We have been respectful and followed all the rules and the processes only to end up paying the price for a person who hit us. If you have National General Insurance as your *************** these pages of reviews you see and find another company.

       I am rejecting this response because: Your reply to this matter is much appreciated. However, your insured driver is not telling the truth, she was clueless at the scene and didn't tell the truth to the police officer either. It can clearly been seen through the vehicle damage that it was the *** drivers fault. Our insurance company also clearly seen and ruled it was her fault as well. It was by the ***** of God she didn't T-bone us.

      When we did speak with a *** rep(**************** and **********************) they confirmed that it was the *** drivers fault, and if we wanted to go ahead to fix our vehicle we could. So I am confused now why this has changed?

       I am rejecting this response because: I do want to thank you for your time to reply back to me with information, I have saved your replies incase I need them for the future. I see we are not going to reach an agreement. I would have thought a professional company would see through a teenager not telling the truth, because if we had hit her, then her car would have been on the other side of the 4 way. Even your own Rep ****** ****** said she the *** driver was at fault. We now have a dash cam because of your driver and the *** company so we can protect ourselves from wrong doings like these since we can't reply on others to do what is right.

      I was in a car accident with one of Integons insured parties on Nov 21, 2024. There was a police report and the party was at full fault for the accident. Here we are almost 6 months later and Integon is still dragging their feet in bringing this issue to a closure.The customer service from ********************** has been absolutely horrible. I cannot begin to explain how frustrating this has been. There is only one phone number to call for assistance and every day, at every time, I have been put on hold for hours at a time. There is sometimes an option to leave your phone number for a call back. Sometimes my call is returned within 48 hours. Sometimes the call is never returned. There is no email correspondence to check on the status of the claim. Its honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My car was finally brought to ****************** for repair on March 5th after Integon paid for the initial estimate. Today is April 10th and ****************** will not release my car to me because Integon has not yet paid the supplements for the repair, after multiple requests from ******************. Additionally, the rental car agency has been calling me and informing me that Integon stopped paying for the rental car and there is a huge balance to be paid since I have had rental car for so long.Repeated promises by Integon for getting this resolved have gone nowhere. I need someone to take accountability and pay ****************** and pay the car rental agency so I can get my car back.My claim # is 9XINJ11151. Thank you.

      Payment of the supplements was received by the AutoBody shop on April 15, 2024 and the full cost of the rental car was paid for on April 15, 2024. 

      Taking almost 5 months to complete this process from the time of the accident is unacceptable in my opinion.
