      I recently had a heating issue in my home. I contacted All About Care Heating & Air to investigate the issue. A technician from the company came to my home and identified the issue. This was on a Thursday. A gas valve needed to be replaced. The technician replaced the valve and verified that everything was good and the job was completed. 3 days later I smelled gas in my house where the **** heater system is located. This was on a Sunday. I immediately called All About Care. The office was closed but I was directed to leave a message on their emergency message service and an oncall Tech would respond as soon as possible. I left a detailed message. No one from ******** responded to my emergency call. I called ******************** and within an hour two technicians from that company came to my home. They notified me that found TWO GAS LEAKS. They fixed the gas leaks and notified me that they believe the gas leak was due the installation of the replacement gas valve. All About Care finally called me on the following Monday. They did not apologize for the serious health and safety issues their technician caused. I voiced my safety concerns and I was told quote "That is the chance you take when you work with gas." I have never heard anything so cavelier and unprofessional in my life. Please do not use All About Care Heating & Air for any reason. If not for the professional work of ******************** my wife and I may not be here ********* and your family's safety and life may be at risk.

      This company only care about money not the quality of services. I asked them to install a range hood in the kitchen. They even couldnt read the simple instructions and made a huge mistake. My new house was left two big holes on the wall for 4 weeks, no courtesy calls. When I finished the mess, they called me to collect the money for the job I did. Dont risk your life with this company.Dont deserve a star, but I have to give one to get my review posted.

      Please know that we value all customer feedback and use it to improve our services and processes when applicable. While we can certainly appreciate your frustration, we feel there may be some grave misunderstandings in this situation. When we came to install your range hood, we prepped the space for a standard residential range hood installation. Upon seeing that your range hood would require a custom installation, we had to create a second hole. Due to the severe inclement weather and limited personnel available following your installation, we contacted your builder and paid them to take care of repairing the hole in the wall. We have a long standing relationship with your builder and we were told that all was taken care of and that our crew had successfully installed the range hood. We paid your builder directly for the repair and even offered you a $300 discount on the installation for the delay and inconvenience. In addition, our crew installed your stainless steel backsplash while they were there for no additional charge. We would welcome the opportunity to have you and your builder come by the office so that we can sit down and talk through this. We have confirmed that our team did stay in contact with you and your builder throughout this process. Again, we recognize that there was a delay in getting your wall repaired and we are sure that was frustrating. We were doing the best we could based on the severe weather circumstances which is why we contacted your builder to have the repair done. We are simply requesting payment for the hood vent installation that we completed. Please contact our office at ************ to schedule a meeting with our owners and your builder. We would appreciate the opportunity to get to the bottom of this. We look forward to hearing from you.

      All About Care Heating & Air, Inc. ************* has NO responsibility, NO dependability, and NO trustworthiness. Do not waste your time and risk your life with this company. They damaged my kitchen wall through pure incompetency on 1/20, then failed to repair it the next day, even for three weeks. Now, they have the audacity to still charge me full price. 1, Incompetency and no responsibility The quote of a range hood installation was $1,100. This high price should guarantee a high quality of service. But it turned out they couldnt follow a very simple manufacturers instruction guide. Which clearly indicates that the TOP of the hood should be installed 27.5-30.5 from the stove. Instead, they installed the BOTTOM of the hood 27.5-30.5 from the stove, which they had to move after I found out the mistake. Due to their incompetence of installing the hood properly, they left two huge holes in the kitchen wall of my new house on 1/20. They used fiberglass to temporarily fill in the holes. On 1/21, I requested for them to fix the wall today. But the company did nothing for TWO weeks. I didn't even receive a call from them. Rain kept going through the broken wall and we had to keep changing the stuffy materials. Every day, we felt frustrated for having to even deal with this company and their mess. In the THIRD WEEK, I called the manager **** on 2/3, 2/7, and 2/8 to urge him to fix the wall ASAP. The damaged wall was still not fixed by the end of the third week. There was a winter inclement weather warning for the fourth week 2/10-2/13, which meant we needed to get the wall fixed soon. Since they wouldn't do it, we did it ourselves. So on 2/10, I called and told ***** I declined to pay the bill for the service due to them failing to fulfill their obligations and responsibilities in three weeks. I started to call around to get others quotes on fixing the wall, because I realized I couldnt rely on this company anymore in the third week. But in the meantime, I still gave this company a last chance to fulfill its responsibility, which they failed to do. After I got involved in the repairs and got the repair job done in the Fifth week, on 3/14 they gave me the first call since 1/21 to collect the money and claim the credit for the repair. 2, Lack of dependability and trustworthiness Because of the mistake they made and the low quality of service, I negotiated the service price to $800 on 1/21 with the same day repairs as a condition. It was a new agreement based on the fact of the service. But then on 3/26 email, they said,I have removed the previously agreed upon $300.00 discount , and ....your stainless steel backsplash. Which was NOT part of the original agreement and you were NOT charged for.? I didn't even want to waste time arguing with them. These discrepancies show that when dealing with this company, you must write down or record everything in case they go back on their word, which they do not hesitate to do. I agree with another reviewer on BBB: The way they treat is awful, especially if anything goes wrong with the job they did, I definitely would recommend being careful if you decide to install your AC with this company. Its absolutely true also installing kitchen hood.

      Please read the comment I posted on 4/4 and take your responsibilities seriously.I am providing health care services to the community. I know HOW to provide a satisfactory service. I would rather care more patients than waste MY time on arguing.

      The way they treat is awful specially if anything goes wrong with the job they did , I definitely would recommend to be careful if you decide to install your AC with this company.
