            Ordered windows December of 2020. Upon installation 4 windows were not what we ordered and a sliding glass door we ordered is not the correct one as they say the factory sent the wrong part. I paid over 12k for a product I can only partially use. For example I ordered obscured glass windows for my bathroom and instead of putting it in my bathroom they installed a bedroom window with the obscured glass. My sliding door won't slide and has a quarter inch gap on the top letting air in daily. I have reached out many times to management and have been promised every imaginable excuse but yet almost a year later still waiting and havmt heard from them in weeks.
