              On February 28th, I used Truliant 's online banking to mobile deposit a check.I hit upload and submit, and it told me not to submit it again.HOURS go by, and this check NEVER showed up as pending in my account.I get off work, and drive to Truliant. I give the check to the teller in the drive through, and told him exactly what I typed above.He asks me to wait while he pulls up my account. He then tells me "I am sorry, I don't know what went wrong and why your mobile deposit didn't go through." Even the bank teller didn't see this deposit He asks me if I would like to deposit the check and do the withdrawal you see in the attached photo. I give consent, complete the transaction and leave Truliant.This morning I pull up my checking account, AND TO MY HORROR, the mobile deposit actually did go through. So now people on autopay on my account are debiting the extra money away, even after I emailed Truliant AND contacted them via ******** messenger BEGGING them to fix this situation.No one fixed it.               I have had a savings account with this ********************************************* for many years. I recently took out a loan with them and before agreeing to the loan I asked if I could receive a payment coupon in the mail every month. I was told absolutely. Well it's been over a year and I still cant get the coupon sent to my home. Every month I have to go online print the account information and then go to the local branch to pay the bill. I have spoken to no less than 6 different people who all assured me it would taken care of and no results. I receive 1-2 ads from them in the mail every month for credit cards and all kinds of things they are trying to sell but I can't get my loan payment?Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I am going to encourage my company to look for another credit union to do business with!.

In December 2020, Truliant changed its billing methods. We provide monthly loan statements via mail or electronic billing through online banking when you opt into electronic statements. We are so sorry that you may not have been provided this information during interactions, and we deem this a training opportunity for our staff.After reviewing your account, we noticed that you have already opted for electronic statements, which enables you to receive your statements and loan billing through online banking. Therefore, we have opted you out of electronic statements, and you will now receive paper statements in the mail. You can still use your online account access to pay each month. We understand that this change may have caused some frustration, and we apologize for that. Your feedback is important to us, and we will use it to improve our services. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and want to assure you that we are here to help.
