I just received a letter from this company requesting payment on a medical bill for $289.00. However I have already contacted the medical facility's billing department and was told that I would qualify for 100% of my bill to be forgiven. I spoke with the facility again later on as I was advised said forms would arrive in the mail and I had not received them for quite some time and wanted to ensure that everything would still be alright with the financial assistance process and was assured everything was okay. To receive this from a crediting agency during a time of economic hardship while in the process of getting assistance the facility was aware of is simply baffling.

Computer Credit Inc is dunning me for a disputed bill reference number **** **** ***. All electronic methods described in the dunning letters to dispute the debt are non-working. Calling any of the numbers that appear anywhere results in hang-ups without ever reaching a person, OR it just requests me to enter my reference number unendingly with no response. The website requires a login that does not recognize my reference number & provides no other way to get into it. I have filed a dispute finally, on the deadline today, using the BBB "email this business" function, lacking any other recourse.
