1 starThey took my money and thats where things stopped being smooth. No communication from them what so ever. I was told 3-4 week install time from time I had my concrete pad in. I had a 30x50 14 high sides with a 12x50 lean on one side. I work out of town and explained that to them so I would have to take off to be here when it was being installed. I was told it would be the 8th and 9th of April. I made sure I was here and they wasnt. Never got a call saying they wasnt coming. I called and they said it would be Thursday and Friday the 11th and 12th. I stayed home and guess what? No call or no show. I called and was told Monday the 15th. I stayed home from going out of town to work. 15th came and still no call no show. I called they said it would be Friday the 19th. I left went out of town and drove back on Thursday night the 18th to be here well they did call this time at 10:30am to let me know they wasnt coming and it would be Sunday before they got here. Sunday morning came and they never showed up and never got a call letting me know whats going on. I left went out of town back to work. Monday morning at 10am I finally got ahold of them and was told by **** the manager that he thought they was at my place. I tried canceling my building and getting a refund on my deposit because at this point it had been 8 weeks since my pad was completed. **** lied and lied and told lies trying to cover up lies but he isnt very good at it. They finally showed up Tuesday about 9:30 am. I lost over 3500$ in missed work and traveling back and fourth so many times for their no show no calls. This was a 25k$ building and I sold one for them to my ***** that has had a lot of trouble out of them as well. My flashing on my lean to is not installed correctly and is going to leak. . Other then that the installers done a good job. Overall I would not recommend this business which sells for UMS united metal structures.Paramount Structures, LLC

5 starsThe crew showed up about 8 oclock and everybody went to work like a highly coordinated machine. They knocked the whole building out at 30 x 40 with 12 foot ceiling all in one day and it looks great good people to work with.. 5 starsGreat building, best prices, fantastic customer service! Contractors did wonderful job installing our 30x40 metal building and roll up door and entry door . Building was completed in 12 hours. Was impressed with their professionalism, and wonderful cleanup!!! That means a lot to us! Entry door was delivered damaged (no ones fault, but only took 2 days for contractors to come and replace the door ,, IN THE RAIN!!!). HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!Paramount Structures, LLC

5 starsI was very pleased with the building of my structure. The contractor was very professional and had my building up in two days. There was no mess left behind when they were done.
