  No way to contact the company by phone. You can use the chat option on their website but clearly that doesnt work either. Canceled my order because they said they couldnt issue the order until they had a signature. Once canceled they still processed the order. Could not deny shipment because we were not home. Very odd business practices. And never get the same answer twice.

  This business uses misleading information on their site. The website will indicate that the product will fit your vehicle. If you do not enter your VIN number then you will be required to pay for return shipping. In my case the return shipping was more than price of the refund. I do not understand how a company can provide information indicating the product they are advertising is accurate and then tell me later they are not able to access GM part numbers. Then why show the part fits on the web page to begin with. Don't not use this company.

  Fraud. No one answer the phone , No one answer the e- mails . I m 3 weeks waiting my parts . they are so shameless that they create an ups label and send it to you.

  I ordered these shocks by mistake and i'm trying to return them for a full refund. The email said they were setting up a ticket. I have sent many emails with no responds. Do not order anything from this place as they are scaming people.

  No contact back after several calls and emails. Had and order for $544.42 from almost 3 weeks ago. No tracking number only an invoice showing a charge. I just want to cancel my order without anymore surprises.

  I think its amazing these guys made it where they are the way they treat their customers their website at gmpartsdirect.com is a complete scam its so bad they have their own website to filter all their negative reviews beware before ordering anything from these guys you will be cheated out off 35 percent of your money and return shipping the funny thing is in all the years I've ordered parts offline I've never spent the time to need to do this. The man who started this business is either rolling in his grave or a complete crook

  Terrible, scam website. Most of their parts are 'special order' and take over a week just to be shipped. No one answers the phone. Check all the bad review.
