    ******************************************************** .The app Marpac Connect is not located on the ****** play app store. It says is it not supported for my device because the app was created for an older version of Android. I have a ******* Galaxy S21 so it really isn't that new of a phone. I emailed help@yogasleep and they state they will not being upgrading the app. I paid $79 for the version with the app vs. The $39 it costs for the version without the app. The advertising is fraud if they are unwilling to fix the app. I need for them to either fix the app or take down their products that advertise the app.

    Thank you for reaching out and bringing this issue to our attention. Our team has reviewed this and determined your claim is accurate and that the current **** Connect app version will not operate with the latest Android software updates. Please accept our apologies for not catching this ourselves. Our team is in the process of updating our app to work with all Android software updates. Application updates can be a bit time consuming so please allow a few weeks to make the updates, go through quality assurance and post to the play store. Again, I'm very sorry for this inconvenience but rest assured this is being addressed and will be promptly updated.
