    We are very sorry that ***** had a bad experience but if we knew for sure that he was coming to buy the truck, it would've never been sold to another person. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond for customers! So often people don't do what they say they're going to do, including buying a car, so we try to stay in contact at all times during the process. We even give them our own personal numbers so they will ALWAYS be able to get in touch with us...and let us know they're intentions and/or plans to purchase.Miscommunication, maybe? Not sure but we are definitely professional, courteous, and most respectful to all!

    This company will tell you that they have a car available and will sale it out from under you even when you commit to buying it I traveled 3 1/2 hours ****** in fuel and a full day to buy a truck and when I got to the car lot someone was buying the truck I was going there to buy myself very poor business and terrible customer service and bad communication people should no how bad this company is
