I have been trying to cancel a vehicle warranty purchased through this dealer for the past six months. I first contacted them in January stating that Id like to cancel the warranty, as the warranty instructs to contact the dealer to make the cancellation. I was advised that it would be taken care of. I checked back with the dealer a month later after being charged again and the dealer stated that they would Check into it. No change was made. In May after being charged three more times, I contacted them again. This time a form was sent to me, which I completed and sent back. I es charged again after that, so I contacted the dealer again, who stated that they turned the paper over to someone in their office. I was charged again after that. I would appreciate this warranty being cancelled and the dealer conforming the cancellation. Thank you.

Dealership sold me a car (2014 VW Touareg) that has several issues and is not operational 10 days after purchase. Spoke to companys general manager and out right claims no ownership and told me that they will not help remedy, which is all I wanted was their help. My mechanic has noted several anomalies that show an obvious attempt to cover up a known issue with the cooling system, as well all codes were cleared shortly before I took ownership. ****** claims nothing was done to the car on their behalf, and must have been done by prior owner. The car is currently in a the shop getting needed repairs. I wish to come to an agreement with the owner and have repairs paid for with out getting legal services involved. Will upload supporting documents after all repairs have been made.

I purchased a vehicle from Bluewater Motorsports 10/31/2023. I was told I was approved for the loan and gave them a $200 deposit for the car. ****** went in to sign the paperwork and pick up the car I gave them another $800 as agreed upon. The next day the salesmen called me and told me the loan did not go through and I had to bring the car back. This was after being told I was approved and I signed all the paperwork and Insured the car. I was told I needed to bring the car back that day, I dropped the car off at about 8:30 when they were closed. I went back the next day for my deposit and the salesmen credited my debt card $800 but i was told the owner was not there to give me back my original $200 and no one else could sign checks. I reached out to the salesmen the next day and was told the owner was keeping my original deposit of $200 for a restocking fee. I was in the automotive industries for 20 years in Mass. and I have never heard of such a thing. They were the ones who told me I was approved and let me register and insure the car only to find out I was not approved. I feel this is poor business practice.

I bought a car from the dealership. I live in ********, so it was shipped to me on this past saturday, 9/9/23. When I got the car, I instantly noticed several defects in the vehicle that's a dealer did not disclose. I drove it for 2 miles. *** then all the sudden it stopped driving. It would not go over 20 miles per hour. I contacted the dealer. They told me to take it to a shop and we would work something out. I took it to a mechanic. They said it needs a new throttle body. Which costs about a $1000. When I tried to contact them today to find out what to do. ** they can, he did not respond to phone calls or text messages. I stated in text messages that I simply just want every fun and to return the vehicle. I have not driven the vehicle more than five miles. ** the dealer would have been honest and told me about every defect and every missing part in the vehicle, I'd never would have bought it in the first place. Now because I am out of it vehicle. I am losing money because I cannot work as I drive for a living. I have contacted an attorney but I do not want to go that route. I simply want to return the vehicle for a full refund.
