  I leased and moved into The ******************, on *********************, *********************,managed by RPM Champion the ********************* *************************************************. On February 2025. About 3 months into my lease I was and continue to be awakened by loud Generator type noises coming from the adjoining walls of my townhome unit which is the unit ************************** from the unit attached adjoining my unit. This generator type extremely loud noise also simultaneously, accompanied by the occupants of 8722 lurking near my electrical outlets and windows And HVAC units, after hours and loud construction type noise from connecting walls of units. I have turned my appliances off and still the unit 8722 is connecting to my residual electrical circuits. My Electric bill also have gone up and continues high even though I have been shutting off my power when I leave for work. I reported this concern to RPM Champion multiple times and sent letters, many text messages to the on-site supervisor ,*****. And also reported my apartment being broken into.RPM sent a person out to speak with me. This Manager blamed this on my refrigerator. I informed him and showed him my refrigerator is OFF. So this is not where the generator noise is from. My lock on the door was Changed. Couple weeks later door lock was loose tampered with.The occupants of **************************, continue to lurk around my electrical outlets after hours and continue to smoke cigarettes in the unit with cigarette smoke coming into my master bath and bedroom.I also informed RPM that the cover of utility sources outside my unit are cracked and broken, and also sent ***** the Supervisor pictures of this. The occupants 8722 continue: after hours, lurking outside my unit,I am not be able to sleep as from 7-9pm until ~ 5am extremely loud sound of generators, from ************************** occupants unauthorized use of my electricity, and someone tampering with my locks on my door, when I am not home.

  These complaints are unfounded. This is a nice class-A townhome complex with attentive staff. Mrs. ********* believes that the neighbors have cut through the walls and connected their power to her meter. This has been investigated and found not to be the case. She believes those same neighbors are running a generator at night, which if they are stealing her power they would not need to do. This has been investigated and we believe she is hearing the **** system running. The **** is not noisy though. She has complained that they lurk outside and we have recommended that she involve the police if she has safety concerns. From what we have observed, they are simply sitting on the front porch of their unit. Our firm has responded quickly and professionally to each issue when reported and found no evidence of these issues being valid. That said, we changed her locks at no charge to her in an effort to make her feel more secure in the home.

  The response to my complaint by RPM Champion Did not address the Neighbors in 8722 use of a generator in the condo . The generator the occupants of 8722 are using during the Hours is approximately 7-9pm - 4am

  The loud continuous generator sound coming from inside the home of ***************************** the walls of my unit 

  also the complaint of broken Internet box outside my unit is another proof of the intrusion disturbing action of 8723 and the intrusion on my property with loud generator all night and the destruction of property ( see picture included.

  Also RPM has not addressed my request to legally end my lease with the refund return of my deposit in the amount of $1,650.

  The only Offer to terminate my Lease is to forfeit my significant Deposit I gave to RPM Champion in the amount of $1,650.

  I do not accept , this offer to terminate my lease from RPM Champion, and lose forfeit my Deposit of $1,650.

   

  If I am willing to terminate this lease RPM Champion, only , if I will be guaranteed the return of my $1,650 deposit and allowed time to pack and arrange a move.
