To Whom It May Concern,I am submitting this formal complaint against a business known as DailyBoxClub for failure to deliver a product I paid for.On November 22, 2024, I made a payment of $54 to begin receiving their subscription box, referred to as the Daily Box. To date, I have not received the box or any updates, valid tracking information, or correspondence from the company regarding delivery.Despite multiple follow-ups and formal notices, the company has failed to resolve the issue or issue a refund. As a consumer, I find this unacceptable and believe it constitutes deceptive business practices under Texas and federal consumer protection laws.I have attached documentation of the payment and correspondence attempts. December 14th I purchased a subscription with DailyBoxClub excited about the many products claimed by the company I would received for a monthly reoccurring subscription of $64. I was lead to believe that packages would arrive to me within days of subscribing. This has not been the case and I have reached out to customer service/ support numerous times only to get passive replies. They have sent me one package valued at $12. They havent sent me anything else and they blame it on *********** not frequently checking my account for pairing. I have paired my account 6 times within a two week period. My account supposedly is unpairing by ****** according to *** employee- causing me never to be in compliance with receiving products. Its a total scam. *** unpairs accounts and blames the customer for not sending out products as marketed. Hopefully someone who is considering this company understands they do not practice honest business practices. Total rip off.Initial Complaint

Last year I started a subscription for the daily box club. But I only received packages one month. I wasnt blown away, so when service didnt continue and I didnt see any charges at first, I figured it was a one time deal Id have to purchase again and not a monthly thing as described. Imagine my surprise when it turned out I was getting charged for months following that. It has now been 10 months since I got my credit card to stop making payments, but still no luck reaching them. *********** has also failed to let me submit evidence of my attempts to reach box club to credit my account. So with the false offer of a support email and a credit card pretending to be helpful, Im out hundreds of dollars. Even now if I login to what used to be my account, you can see the first items they sent me and a couple things they didnt. So there is proof there I was not receiving the service. The only reason i stopped being charged was because I called my cc company. The photos show the email their website provides, me failing to reach anyone at that email because it appears to be fake, and supposed documentation of things shipped to me on two pages. 10 boxes doesnt add up to how many months I was paying for service, and I definitely didnt get the July boxes.Initial Complaint

I am writing to formally complain about misleading advertising, inaccurate guarantees, and unauthorized charges associated with my membership. I signed up on May 28, 2024 and received my first shipment on June 6, 2024.I was enticed to sign up for the service based on multiple advertisements promising a $39/month membership for high-value, random items shipped from Amazon. Upon enrollment, I was unable to locate this membership option and was informed that the advertised price was outdated. Despite this, I continued the membership based on the promise of receiving items significantly exceeding the membership cost.Shortly after enrollment, I began receiving unauthorized charges for items I did not order from Amazon. When I contacted the company to dispute these charges, I was met with an apology and instructed to return the items to Amazon, advising it was a system glitch. Due to the consistently low value of items received and the low volume of shipments, I canceled my membership.Subsequently, I encountered an advertisement guaranteeing ***** boxes per month. I contacted your company within the 30-day timeframe following my first shipment to inquire about this guarantee, only to be informed that there were no exceptions due to billing periods.I believe the advertising for your service is intentionally misleading, as it does not accurately reflect the actual membership options, item values, or guarantees. The unauthorized charges I incurred are unacceptable and have caused an inconvenience. Hello, I subscribed to this service with the impression of the items they show youre shipped 10 boxes minimum a month of high value items. *** had items put into my saved later like toddler bikes, kid lights, furniture etc. and nothing sent. Then out of 5 boxes it shows sent on their account, only 3 have been sent to me the others canceled. Which they also say does not count towards your boxes but still shows on their end as shipped and does in fact count. I joined the daily box club in March 2023. I was paying $49.99 a month. The daily box Club guaranteed at least 10 items from Amazon ordered each month with a minimum total cost of items equally up to $1000. May 2023 I received eight. June 2023 I receive five. November 2023 I receive 4. January 2024 I received three. February 2024 I receive 4 and April 2024 I receive 4. I would consistently reach out and let them know how little inventory I received, and they would give me an additional two weeks. I got to the point where I wasnt receiving anything and they would just give me two more free weeks. I told them I wanted my money back. They told me they did not do refunds. This is not true because there is a moneyback guarantee on their website. They have not lived up to their obligations and I have paid over $50 a month without them delivering on their promises with sometimes the month amount of goods not equaling the amount I paid out . I am requesting reimbursement of $49.99 for the following months we received 10 boxes. After they refused to give me my money back, I asked where their office was located and the woman told me she didnt know. I asked for a phone number to call to speak to somebody and I was told they dont receive incoming calls . Asked to speak to a manager and its not provided one. I have record of all these communications plus evidence showing the amount that Ive paid each month.
