    We have had a terrible experience working with Efficient Air of  Wilmington, NC. They were the builders contractor for our brand new home, and we have had several issues theyve had to come back out for. 1) a grille on the ceiling was sweating/dripping. ********* (owners son) said that caulking would 100% fix the problem. He came out and caulked, and the grille continued to sweat. We reached back out. ********* said hed replace the grille with a plastic one in two weeks. Two weeks go by, we reach back out to Christian, he says they ordered the wrong grille, give me another two weeks. THREE weeks go by, we text *********, no response. Then we call him a few days later, he is extremely rude, doesnt know what were talking about, and says now we need to contact the office to schedule him even though weve been contacting him directly from the beginning. Okay fine. So we contact the office and let him know how he spoke to us and that weve now been waiting 5 weeks and still have a sweating grille. The office manager is rude, we ask to speak to the owner. The owner, **, ends up coming out, replacing the grille, and notices that foam boards were never installed. He comes BACK out again with another worker and they add foam boards for over an hour. Now, our brand new master bathroom fan motor completely died and we see its rusted inside, which is impossible that itd be rusty after only 3.5 months in the home. We are extremely disappointed with how **, the office manager, and ********* handled these problems. There are 25+ HVAC companies in the area and we absolutely will not be continuing service with efficient air once our warranty is up with our builder.
