    I just recently bought a house where Source Contracting Solutions had installed a new roof about 3 years ago. During inspections it was noted that there was a leak in the roof due to not sealing a vent area properly and had already caused some water damage. The previous owner gave us the contact information of *********************, who came out to inspect the damage and confirmed that it was not properly installed but mentioned that his company is only honoring warranty to the previous owner and not the new owners, the warranty would transfer to **. (Which is totally against industry standards which was confirmed to me by Storm Guard Roofing and ****************** The warranty always applies to the house and not the owner!) Only bad players use this as an excuse to not have to honor their faulty work. So when Source Contracting Solutions says on their website that your satisfaction is our priority DO NOT believe that. ***** wanted us to buy another warranty for $500. Apparently, the same company owners had closed their previous company name and re-opened with a new name the same company. During his inspection ********************* damaged the ceiling Drywall cover as he stepped on it. He promised to bring by a replacement within a few days, which he never did!I can only warn anyone out there about ********************* and Source Contracting Solutions to be careful when having them in your house or contacting them for any work or repair. They are very unprofessional and dont honor to fix their faulty workmanship. ***** never had the courtesy of responding and replacing the drywall that he damaged. VERY VERY unprofessional company. I have had such a different experience with Storm Guard Roofing and **************** and would recommend them to fix roof that ********************* and Source Contracting Solutions messed up.At the very least, I want ********************* replace the drywall over that he damaged!
