    I took my 2017 ***** Silverado truck to a ***** dealer for transmission issues around May 1, 2024. I was advised that the dealer that the transmission needed to be replaced, they called Autoxcel for approval. A few days later I was told Autoxcel denied the calm stating their (********) price was to high and I needed to take it the Dodge dealer where I bought the truck and they can do the repairs. I called Autoxcel and spoke to a ****************** stated the dealership was asking for more then they where willing to pay and he already spoke to the Dodge dealer and have it set up. The truck was taken to a Dodge dealer, after three weeks they put the transmission in and stated that it w had to goto another ***** dealer to get the trans programed. I called a few days later and still not ready. I called the following week and was told the new trans wasn't working right and was taken back to the other ***** dealer. It has now been there for two weeks, not worked on or looked at, was told by that dealer that it would be a few more weeks. So, my truck well be at the third dealer and down for over two months just because Autoxcel felt like they could get the work done cheaper somewhere else. I spoke to a supervisor at Autoxcel today, 6/19/24, they stated that they did not know anything and they already paid the Dodge dealer for the repair and acted like it was my problem now.
