Took my Jaguar truck to ************************************ on 12.16.23 my service advisor there stated that a reservoir cap was causing issues with my truck, they called my extended warranty and my extended warranty stated they don't cover a reservoir cap and they denied the claim of my truck getting fixed. Took my truck to ************************* on 12.28.23 whom stated the radiator (covered under warranty) is causing the issue so two different shops are stating two different issues. However , they denied this claim as well because the guy from the claim department is stating the reservoir cap caused a bigger issue. How is this possible if I literally took my truck from one shop to another one within 2 weeks, not making sense. If the issue is covered under warranty why keep denying the claim, I paid my money on a extended warranty so in the event if my truck need to get fixed it will get fixed. I'm not paying for a warranty for the claims department to assume they know what's causing the issue with my truck.

Could not be more disappointed with my interactions with this organization. Insurance is the means of making someone / something whole, and I'm far from that! Fast forward 4 years, and 20+ tire issues later because of the poor NY roads I've now been advised by 2 different BMW dealerships to replace my rims starting in May 2021. Since May my car has been back in a dealership 8 times for bent or cracked rims issues. The car doesn't ride the way it should, and I'm actually afraid for my safety. After repeated returns I asked Autoxcel for written affirmation that their repairs meet the safety, and strength as if the car was new and they could guarantee my safety. I was advised it needed to be escalated to a Sr. person, and sent to a general mailbox with no call back. Seems logical you'd want a guarantee on workmanship, and safety after multiple visits for the same reason! When you call the staff give you the run around, and consistently give vague or incorrect information (last person I spoke with @ Autoxcel said there was very a repair for cracks, but I have pictures, and emails that show 2!). Here's my visit history since May 10th: - May10th - Crack RR, other rims bent (have picture) - June 16th - pulsating coming left side, and RR (bent rims fixed) - July 14th - Left Rear Cracked, RR & 1 Front bent - August - RR went to 0 PSI (valve issue) - September 16th - 4 bent rims - October 7th - 3 of 4 bent (advised 4, but Autoxcel only authorized 3) - November 1st - RR went to 0 PSI - RR cracked (same rim 2X), with metal wire sticking out (didn't replace tire, because no logic involved) - hello yes the belt issue that comes up on November 6th is because car went to 0 PSI while driving family to soccer game (SAFETY CONCERN!) - November 6th - day I received car back I texted advisor car would be coming back for pulsating again (deemed belt issue, and denied by Autoxcel - how don't experts in the business connect the dots? If this were related to brain surgery this would clearly be malpractice, and gross negligence with a deviation in acceptable standard! I'm no expert, but I've always been told metal (alloy) has memory, and after repeated issues we all wish never happened, I'd hope to have a insurance company honor their contract, and have a car that is safe, and reliable. I've tried via multiple calls to have this same conversation, but feel as if I can't make any progress. In each of these visits since May I've been without my vehicle for a week or more (since November 1st I've had my car for a total of 2 days. Since May there is only a 1,000 or so miles on the car, and yes NY roads are still bad, but not where they were a year or two ago. If anyone wants to say it's the way I drive the car, please ask for my service records, and I can show you the breaks have only been changed once in 60,000 miles. Above all I am concerned driving this car, and will not take my family in this car again for anything but local travel at low speed. Through one of these visits I received a repair where 3 lug nots were missing, and 1 tire was put on backwards. I can't say if this is related to Autoxcel vendors or if BMW dealership was the culprit. I can share multiple text or emails from 2 BMW dealerships where I am assuming they are protecting their own liability, but have advised that all 4 rims should be replaced. Would give 0 stars if I could.
