Worst customer service I have an ever experienced in my life. If you don’t know that this location is closed on tuesdays because you just moved to Wilkes county you will regret ever calling on their day off. My parents purchased a shed and they had delivered shed off not even on our property line. The first employee gave excuses about not moving it for a week due to broken equipment made several phone calls and said it would be 7 days. We called the dispatch driver and he was super helpful made several calls and scheduled someone different to come back the next day with stronger equipment. Very nice man very polite but does not work for this company. The manager of SHED OF WILKES proceeded to call me back this morning. I answer nicely, immediately he snapped at me saying he has been waiting my phone call all morning bc in my voicemail I mentioned I called 25 times was not getting an employee and needed shed moved immediately since it was not on property and next door they are cutting down trees. The manager cussed me out every word in the book screaming at the top of his lungs since my parents left a voicemail cussing them out wanting a refund and so on, while my voicemail was nice and polite. The manager would not let me or my step dad speak more than 1 word before he started interrupting us and demanding for us to apologize to him when he called us screaming with a nasty tone of voice. With my ptsd and anxiety I was shaking extremely bad and couldn’t breathe from the way he was screaming at us. I ended up having to go to the emergency room because of this man’s “110% customer service” I worked as an assistant and general manager for almost a decade and I would have never handled a customer complaint that way. Eventually I pulled out a recording device and manager to record the rest of the conversation. He calls the owner and changed his attitude completely being fake and sweet and nice. As soon as the owner gets off the he was screaming at us again.
