I purchased a new Kioti rx7320 power shuttle cab tractor in 2021. It is currently still covered under warranty. Four months ago it would not start. I took it to the local dealership that services them. Since then they have replaced everything Kioti recommended and then some. The dealership requested Kioti send a technician out because the tractor will not start and they have no idea what is wrong if it has had all items replaced, and no codes are thrown yet won’t start. Kioti has refused to send a technician. The dealer encouraged me to call myself and ask for an extension on my warranty and for them to send out their technician to help the dealership figure out how to fix it. I have made multiple attempts by phone and email. The only correspondence received back was one email that stated to contact my dealer, and that they would only send out a tech if they deem necessary. I responded back explaining again and then have made several other attempts to reach someone. They have cut off all communication. I feel like they are trying to wait out my warranty so that they don’t have to deal with it. If they manufactured a lemon then they need to help remedy it. They refuse to stand by their product and send help to fix it. Four months for a new tractor to be in the shop is life altering and financially devastating as it was a required price of equipment to keep my livestock fed and my farm operational. They have put an unnecessary financial burden on me and my farm that I may not be able to recover.

I purchased a brand new DK5310 Kioti tractor in July 2020. Early June 2022 my tractor would not start. I took the tractor to Whitley Power Equipment in *******, NC to be diagnosed and fixed. *** the manager at WPE stated the primer pump housing needed to be replaced and it was covered under warranty. I get another update that the fuel injection pump would need to be replaced and it too was covered under warranty. I called every week to get an update. *** kept telling me that the parts are taking 4-6 weeks to deliver. Fast forward to October 2022 *** calls me and tells me that the fuel rail needs to be replaced and the part is on back order but it’s covered under warranty. During this time I’ve called WPE and Kioti to get an explanation of why it’s taken so long to repair my tractor and why 3 parts had to be replaced. November 12, 2022 *** calls and tells me Kioti paid $5000 of the bill and my part to pay is $1600 for some of the labor (7hrs @ $158/hr) and shop supplies. I do not understand why I have to pay for any labor or shop supplies since my tractor was still under warranty. My warranty did not expire until July 2022. WPE has had my tractor for 5 months. I have continued making payments on the tractor and Kioti has not offered to loan me a tractor during this time. There was also a review under Kioti where another buyer had the ***e complaint about the fuel system and the parts that were replaced.

I purchased a Kioti tractor in July 2019 within a year there was an issue with the control box on the handle for the loader I had a corp manager call me and (Mr *****) he worked with me to correct the short screws in the box holding the handle and i was sent to a Kioti Dealer in ********** Tn they made a repair, it lasted a couple months I spoke to mr ***** again he said to glue the screws in place with red or blue lock tite and if any more issues let them know, so again this year (jun 2022) it the same issue the small screws dont hold the handle in place. I made a complait on kioti website to get a email from ***** ****** after telling him everything he said there is nothing he can do. My tractor has been in the shop at ****** of ********* tn (kiotio dealer) since then wiht no answer from them. It alos has a ignition issue that i was paying for to have fix and per Eric at the service dept there said the part is still on back order. I have not been able to get or use my tractor since June
. I also sent an email to **** *** with no responce as of today.

I purchased the Kioti cs2510 with Bucket and Mower deck in spring of 2019. Since then I have about 150hrs on it. June 2022 I had issues with the support arm and ordered new parts to fix it. I have the parts but did not notice that the bracket was missing that holds the support arm up on the frame/body of the tractor till I went to put the new part on. I did not know where the bracket fell off seeing I have 12 acres of land. I then reached out to Kioti customer service and was told service would contact my dealer about the repair. After the third attempt to get this resolved thru Kioti they finally called my dealer and told them there is no part number for the part needed so there was nothing they could do.
I spoke to my neighbor and he ran over my bracket with his mower on his land. The bracket must have fallen off and I ran it over while mowing and was thrown onto his property which could have harmed/killed someone. I called Kioti again to see if they would fix this issue. The bracket should have been properly welded on but was only tac welded on so I didnt think it would be an issue seeing it came from the factory that way. I was told once again there is nothing they can do.
I paid over $16,000 for a poorly constructed tractor from the factory and Kioti does not want to fix the issue. I would like it Repaired free of Charge and Inspected to make sure there are no more Defects. If this is not an option then I would like my Tractor replaced with one that is not defective.

Purchased the Kioti ******** brand-new for $22,500 in April of this year, after using the tractor for a few hours noticed the front bucket didn't operate as it should, dumps slowly and doesn't remain in the set position with a movement of several inches back a forth which can be dangerous if not harmful to the operator of the tractor.
Kioti when contacted appears to not care to repair the issue or even will attempt to repair the issue. Also the dash gauge set has dust in behind the lens and Kioti doesn't even seem to want to address that issue either.
Have spoken to the dealer, Kioti online Rep, and neither seem willing to solve the problem.
My solution is for Kioti to do a buyback on the tractor as Kioti seems unwilling to repair the issues or have a repair at present time or will in the near future.
I have video proof of the problem.

I have received a product upgrade for my Kioti CK2600 tractor’s quick attach assembly on the loader.
It is a safety issue that is the fault of the manufacturer. I’ve been told the loader could fail causing damage to my property, more damage to my tractor, or injury to me.
However, I have to pay for the transportation of the tractor to the dealership for the repair and then back. It’s About 36 miles one way and the cost of transportation could be as much as $300 to 400 dollars.
This is Kioti’s fault, not mine.
They will not pay for something they are responsible for and that I had no hand in, yet it is a safety issue.
Why should I have to pay for anything as it is something caused by defective equipment. Daedong needs to step up for me, and all of their customers regarding this problem.
It would be one thing if I damaged something, but that is not the case.
It’s a lot of money out of pocket for an issue they created.
