  This business is a complete fraud. The examinations are to try and sell you products you do not need and give prognoses that are unfounded. I had an eye exam and was told I had the beginning stages of macular degeneration. After going to another eye doctor, they cannot find this in one of my eyes, and can barely see any form of deterioration to the other. The doctor and her staff are off-putting, rude, aggressive, and have you go through processes that are unnecessary for the benefit of a patient. The only purpose is to upcharge patients. My glasses came back with the wrong prescription and the staff to assist me with this was over the top rude. They made the mistake! My glasses came back crossed-eyed. I had to go to another doctor and start from scratch. Very difficult experience and most unhelpful. DO NOT GO THERE!

  My standard of care for comprehensive eye examinations includes all components necessary to establish a thorough understanding of the patients overall eye health, prescribe visual aids and/or medications, order ******************,and/or make referrals when appropriate, and provide education about my findings. I am very passionate about providing a thorough eye health evaluation and providing education that tailors my recommendations according to each individual patients needs. During the course of the exam, I ask my patients if they have interest in learning more about ways to help keep their maculae healthy to prevent Macular Degeneration; if they agree to the discussion I offer this education. In no way do I indicate a patient has any form or stage of a disease without proper assessment and testing.

  
  We would have welcomed the opportunity to work with the patient to resolve any complaints or issues they had. We value building strong relationships with our patients and customers and sometimes working through difficulties together builds greater satisfaction with both our patients and our team. I hate we didnt have this opportunity and hope the patient finds a practice that better fits her expectations.
