            We contracted TM Landscaping 1/11/2021 to landscape the backyard. Tony walked the yard with us and gave us a quote of $4500. We paid $2250 up front. TM would install the following: rock wall, walking steps and path, water feature, shrubs -plants and mulch. Work started 3/3. Tony told us the job would be completed 4/22. That date came and went. The plants, wall and walkway and some of the steps were completed by 6/18. The water feature was started 7/2. The water feature was not installed correctly and instead of redoing it he would come by for an hour or two sit and leave. I was told he repaired several leaks but as of today 9/6 it still leaks a lot and can't be run or any period of time. When asked the sixth time to fix it he told me he needed more money ($3000) because of the time he had spent. When I told him I would not give him the money he quit answering my phone calls, email and messages.

            DO NOT HIRE! I was referred to **** by ************************ in June. I recently learned that Reems Creek stopped referring **** not long after that. He looked at my project and told us he could get started in two weeks. I paid him his deposit and he didnt get started until five weeks later. He brought a few plants and laid some black landscaping fabric and planted a few plants. Said he would be back. After multiple calls and three months of prime weather wasted, He came out and planted a few more plants. He spent more time on his phone than actually working. Also, early on I mentioned building a drainage swale which he said he could do, however, his attempt did not work properly. In the last week his phone has been turned off so I have no way to contact him. His MO is to get your money, do a little work, string your project out, then disappear. Zero integrity. Zero work ethic. Stay far away.
