My ice maker broke and flooded my kitchen on 10/28/2020. I called ServPro and I wish I hadn't! They immediately responded, set up dryers, tore out wet drywall and tore out the kitchen sink so I had no running water. They promised to fix everything. In December, nothing had been fixed and after multiple calls they told me after the 1st of the year. They told me they were waiting on the insurance adjuster and just be patient. Nothing. After multiple calls they would send someone out "to measure" and promised to get right on it. Finally had the adjuster out and a check was issued. ServPro told me to send them the check and they would immediately start fixing everything. This was in March. Nothing happened and when I would call I was told they were going to have someone come measure everything. I ordered cabinets in March but due to COVID the delivery was delayed until July 20th. Before the cabinets could be hung the walls had to be prepped so early in July I started calling and texting trying to get things going. Keep in mind they had all my money. A week before 7/20 the painters came. The hours they kept were bizarre. One day they showed up at 6:30pm and stayed until after midnight. Other days they just never showed up. They have yet to completely fix and paint part of one wall. The cabinets are now hung, I'm still waiting on flooring and countertops and have yet to see any money returned. Whenever I ask about the check I get excuses like, "oh I left it on my desk" or it's in my inbox. Finally I was contacted on 8/5 that someone was going to bring me the money on 8/9. Great, right? I waited all day and no one showed up. I got a text the next day saying Monday was crazy so how about another day. I have been without running water in my kitchen for 11 months, calls go unanswered, multiple promises were made and they still have all my insurance money! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF!!
