We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, things don't go according to plan. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused in regard to the sale of your home, and we want you to know that we are committed to always looking for ways to improve!
We take pride in offering exceptional customer service and are dedicated to improving our communication processes. This is an unfortunate case, as we did exactly what was asked of us with a less-than-desirable outcome. We understand, there was not a plumbing issue other than a negotiation of the piping being replaced with the sale of your home. We are glad you were able to sell your home and still make a profit.
