******************* told me over the phone if I get the front and back brake pads and back rotors for my truck he would charge me $120 labor for 3 hours work so made an apt for 10am feb 25,24,I also wanted him to put a hose on the truck, which I bought as well,he said hed give me a price for that and wouldnt be much more.So i pulled up at 950 am and he was busy with some1 but the worker that fixed my truck came out and I showed him the brake parts and hose I bought and where the leak was,he said yes he was aware of the part and could fix it,it was a plastic piece that goes bad on these models.I left my truck and was told about 3 hours it would be ready.Next thing **** calls me and says his worker broke 2 bolts on the parking brake assembly and that its going to need a brake assembly and that no parts store or junkyard had 1 ,so I called a local junkyard while in front of the worker that was fixing it and the junkyard said they had the part he said he needed so i we agreed I would get the part to him the next day.So bought the part and brought it to ***** at 1230 and he said it would take 3. hours to take the rear end parts off and finish the job,so at 350 i showed up and he said it was ready but he wanted to take a quick test drive. So i knew it was gonna cost more than $120 for the work.the owner said it will be $879/$630 labor I was in complete shock only 3.4 more hours but $510 more labor .well I paid it,and by the time I drove homeBusiness Response

The Compliant in Question is not founded the customer provided their own parts which was agreed on. But the Job ended up to be much more in depth which nether one of us was aware he declined to me to get all parts
needed so we had to keep my Alignment lift tied up till he could get his on part for the left rear baking plate assembly. We worked hard to get the job done quickly and correctly. Let him take his parts to the Dealer and get
them to do all the work we did and that price IT WANT HAPPEN But To resolve the issue i will send a check to *****************************; for $ 120.00 and i am Done.

I am rejecting this response because:First of all ************* lies again,it was very slow there, the 2 bays next to my truck were empty at 1230 and at 400 the woman there said it was very slow and they normally have 3 more people working there. Also this is a total ripoff I was charged $750 extra from $120 I was to pay,the job never got done right,I MEAN they should have taken responsibility for breaking the 2 bolts instead of cashing in on it ,a dealer has qualified mechanics and you get your vehicle done right.they never fixed my parking breaks and i was charged a lot of extra money for the parts and labor for that too.the break job was originally at a rate of 40 bucks an hour,so what happened ?Any reasonable person would have worked this out much better then that, but its easy to just run up the bill sky high .iv never been this robbed by a business before and other mechanics said it was outrageous to charge that much money for the work done and i did know about the leak thats why i had the parts for the repair.since ************* is so greedy and cant even pay back half the money . I will be sending the little uncashed check for $120 back to ************* and will continue to look at all my legal options to this and for ask for help, and thank the bbb.can he explain the charges better also in detail311 Tire and Automotive, Inc is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
