    Tone 2 flex offered summer camp at the ************************ in ***********. ***** and ***** ****** the owners. They charged me 1500 for the camp. My kids stated on June the 2nd and it ended on June 18th. The school terminated there contract. I have called email texted to ***** for a refund. Nothing I paid with cash app I have my records. Nothing communication. From them at all!! Please help. I not only had to pay them also another child care because of the shut down.. I paid them in total *****. I am asking for it all back.

    Tone2flex owners do the after school program at my daughter's school. Was approached on school campus by ***** ********* and asked to get my daughter private gymnastics lessons. ***** came to my house and while there promoted herself to be a personal trainer. The school contracted with them so I believed them to be reputable. I paid 1000 dollars that day and my mom paid her 2400 dollars for 32 lessons. The first month went well with training but after that she would not commit to the schedule. Would cancel bc of family issues. My daughter probably had about 5 lessons from her total and when she would come here she would do 15 mins with her and leave or just want to drink bourbon and talk. A lot of the time spent in the gym was also her gossiping about other clients or her running to the bathroom. At one point I did stop the training to do weight loss injections and that made her mad and when I tried to resume training and private lessons she would not do it. After months of asking I finally broke down and asked for our money back. ***** ****** then got involved and told me he would refund the money and sent texts and emails saying his lawyer was attached and when the time came he refunded $0 and he told me I could take him to court. This has happened to multiple people at the school and outside private people. I am asking for your help now as more and more people are coming forward and before I thought I was the only person they had taken money from and not provide the services. I am now finding out this is not true and now ***** ****** is going back and refunding people the money they took to cover his tracks. Both have been aggressive and say they will refund the money and never have. The reason why I am just filing now bc they kept saying they were going to provide the services and dragged it out for years until I finally realized they are not going to provide what we paid for so I asked for a refund and they went crazy on me over text and email.more if needed

    Tone2Flex in May 2024 announced a DARE class in ************************ and I had paid $150 towards the same. They generated an invoice link via ****** for the same, through which I paid. The classes never happened. Its May 2025 and Im still awaiting refund. Have contacted ***** ****** on many occasions who says the refund will be done, has been processed, etc. but never happened. On May 9, 2025 a parent on ******** posted in the Parents of ************************ her plight on waiting for $400 refund since months and feeling cheated. I commented about how Im waiting for my $150 since a year. The post was promptly removed, ***** ****** privately messages me that his employee is very sick and couldnt take care of operations. Since a year!!!!! And will be filing a defamation lawsuit against me. How is asking money back defamation? How is sharing that my money has not been refunded too as a comment in a private group defamation? I have waited a year! What about my stress, the mental torture I have had to go through because of them not offering my money back honestly?

    I paid $200 for aftercare for my child Talon *****. He attended a trial day but due to unforeseen circumstances, he was unable to attend that session and would no longer be attending further sessions. There was no documentation issued to me to me on refund policies. Or waivers. I requested a $200 refund which I was told would come back to me the way I paid via Cashapp at the end of this semester by December 31 2024. After a few weeks of circling back with the initial owner that I paid I was directed towards their business administration office. They informed me via text and documented that I would have the refund via Venmo or ******. By three business days later. After I circled back again the following work week I was told that a check would be mailed. There has been no further communication and a single mom trying to keep things going in the household this is very frustrating that there is no communication on top of no refund. I dont know how a business can accept payments through a platform like Cash app, but then cannot refund on the same platform. I just dont know that this business has their financials together or communication and customer service.
