    On Thursday January 30th ******************************** and his brother) came to my house to offer his services. I was interested in getting two ***** trees and 2 myrtles cut and trimmed, and he promised to cut back the overgrowth, trim the entire tree including bottom into a nice round shape, clean up and take yard waste away for $550 in cash. He said they would do a good job until we are satisfied.The myrtles were cut back as agreed but regarding the ***** trees they only cut off the overgrowth. No trimming was done as agreed. Towards the end of the job Mr. ********************** told me that they couldnt take all the yard waste because their truck was full and asked if they could leave it for the city to pick up. They promised they would cut it down small enough for the city to take it. I agreed under the requirement that they would come back in case the city would not take it or not take it all and remove what was left. On Friday January 31st I called Mr. ********************** and left a voice message that I was not satisfied with the service because after careful looking I found that the ***** trees were not trimmed at all. I did not receive a response. On Monday February 3rd the city picked up most of the yard waste but not all. Some of the branched were not cut as promised as you can see in the pictures. I called again and left a voice message and asked Mr. ********************** to come back as promised to pick up the remaining yard waste and finish the agreed-on job. I did not receive a response. On Wednesday February 5th instead of calling I tried to sent my request per text. I did not receive a response. On Friday February 7th I made a final attempt to contact Mr. ********************** via text, phone call and email and expressed my dissatisfaction and that I would take action if I didnt hear back from them. Mr. ********************** has never responded until today.Since Mr. ********************** has not completed the work we agreed upon and I did the work myself I would like to ask for a partial refund.
