    I called Wards to come fix my outdoor spigot/hose bib. I agreed to a $99 fee for them to come to my home and diagnose the problem. To replace my broken spigot, they had the nerve to quote $708 on top of the $99 I agreed to pay. Since then I have gotten 3 additional quotes. The highest one was $125. If I supply my own spigot, even less. Wards plumbing is gouging it's customers. The only reason I paid the $99 fee is because I agreed to when I made the appointment. I wish I hadn't now.

    What a terrible experience weve had with **** Plumbing. We had **** plumbing out to our newly purchased cabin back in July, to instal a new hot water heater, garbage disposal and for them to tell us what we needed to make sure that the well water was safe for us and our guests. We could tell that there was high iron in the water when the water was in use by the smell. All of this pointed out to the professional. He went into the crawl space to look and see what was currently there. He recommended a whole house filtration system with a sediment filter, with the other items came out to 3.2k. We accepted the companies professional recommendation and moved forward with the instal. Now here we are 5 months later and we have a orange bathtub and two orange toilets and **** plumbing is now recommending a different system for another 3k. I called the office to try to get in touch with someone in management to review all of this with. And of course, no one from management was available. To top it off, the office receptionist hung up on me when I was attempting to explain what was going on at our home. I called back and she said that someone in management would give me a call and I have yet to hear from anybody.Do better **** Plumbing

    As a fellow business (cabin rental in ***********) we had renters for the week call stating that the bathroom toilet and shower and kitchen sink were stopped up. Our usual plumber was tied up on a large job. **** sent a plumber who supposedly fixed the problem and charged $500. Just hours later the renters called and said it was doing it again. **** was contacted and they refused to take care of the problem stating they dont guarantee their work. They should not be in business. The $500 was totally outrageous for a job during normal working hours. We had to reimburse our renters and they found other lodging. This cost us $1,000 dollars lost rental!! It seems by reading the review below that they have a history of this type of behavior. They really should be sanctioned. This site makes me leave at least 1 ??. It should be a 0.

    **** Plumbing came to our 4 rental units to test for plumbing leaks for Macon County inspection. This required plugging the clean out drain with a balloon and putting 2 inches of water in the tubs which in turn filled all the plumbing pipes with water. The reason that this is done is to verify there are no leaks in the plumbing. That evening, we had workers putting a vapor barrier under all of the mobile homes. Upon approaching the last and final mobile home, the workers discovered water running out of the mobile home. They immediately came to our home to advise us that there was a problem. I rushed into the mobile home to find the water running in the bathroom and overflowing onto the floor. I turned it off immediately. We called Wards and left a message advising what happened because they were closed. The next day I called Wards and spoke to ***** and explained that one of his workers left the water on and flooded the mobile home. At that time I asked for their insurance. ***** advised he would look into it and call me back. He did not call back. Since then my wife and I called several times to no avail. Finally, ***** called approximately a week later and wanted everything in writing. We gave him what her asked and have not heard one word from him. He still refused to give us his insurance information. We have contacted the mobile home factory. The sent a repair contractor and he examined the damage and said 1/2 of MH insulation as well as the plastic under the *** The ** ducts have 2-3 inches of water which has to be drained and repaired. We are waiting for his insurance information which we still have not received. We have rented out 3 of the 4 mobile homes. We have others wanting the 4th MH but cannot rent it out until repairs are done.
