    I Signed a contract with Derek W****** on 7/29/23 for him to install a privacy fence at my residence. He said it would be 4 to 5 weeks to get material and install. Mr. W****** will not communicate. We have left several message for him, but he will not return my calls. As of 10/18/23 we have had no contact with him, nor do we have a fence.We paid him a down payment of 3 300.00 at this point I want my money back.I refuse to let him walk away with my hard earned money.

    Perimeter Fence & Gate Works LLC signed a contract to build a wooden privacy fence and a six foot tall black chain link fence on our property. Mr. W****** required 60% down at that time. A check was written to Perimeter Fence & Gate Works LLC on 7/6/2023 in the amount of $6,511.00. The check was cashed on 7/13/2023. No services were ever done and almost all communication was cut off by Mr. W******. After texting Mr. W****** that I would seek the courts help I received a poorly written letter stating legal insolvency of the company. After some research I am not the only one Mr. W****** has been fraudulent too and also this is not the only company that Mr. W****** has created to do this very thing time and time again. I had to take a loan out to pay for this fence and now I have a monthly bill to pay it back with no fence in my yard.

    I went to **** to aid in finding a fence installer. I had several bids from companies. Somehow this man got my email and emailed me around July 13- July 14th, 2023. ( I have all emails and text). He and another man came out that Tuesday the 18th 2023. Derek ( Gary ) never got out of the truck. The other man did all the measuring and talked to us. Derek ( Gary ). We all came back to the Truck and Derek ( Gary ) talked to us then as to what he was going to do and how long it was going to take and worked up pricing and told us about the deposit of 60% down. We explained to him we must have the fence no later than 5 weeks. Because our dogs were gone to training for 4 weeks and we wanted it done in 4 weeks but he said it may be 5 weeks. We told him we had to have that fence no later than 5 weeks. He sad yes Ma'am. After that man got my deposit of $3,390.00 and well after 5 weeks it has been one lie after the other and not answering texts or calls. He has NOW stopped COMMUNICATING COMPLETELY WITH US NOW. I went back to **** and that is went I knew I had been scammed for sure. I gave **** His information and what tied it all together was his call #************. He had several other company names. When he gets shut down by the government or **************** he simply starts a new one under a different name. I found out his real name is Gary W****** the owner The address they have for him is **** ******** *** ************ ** ****** The BUSINESSES ARE as follows **** ****** ***** ********* ********** ***** ********* ***********..He will get shut down and restart. This is stealing, and robbing people. This should be against the law, right? The government shutting him down is nothing he just starts up again under a new name. I went online and found he had done this to a lady and was on the News. *************. When will someone stop him?

    I had reached out to this business to have the fence at my residence replaced. We had come to an agreement on price, fencing style, fence location, and when the fence would be installed. The owner came to my residence on September 24 to receive a deposit of $3,690. After I payed the deposit I did not receive any form of contact from the company for 4 weeks. When I was finally able to get in contact with the owner, the week of October 17th, he advised me that he had not ordered the materials for my job yet. Due to the lack of communication and timely matter of the job completion, I notified the owner that I would like to have my deposit refunded and would not like to have the fence installed. The owner initially told me that this would not be an issue and that he would work to get me my deposit back. After this conversation I did not hear from the company until November 4th. The owner notified me that he was still working to return my deposit. I have not heard from the company since November 4th. I have made numerous phone calls, and left numerous messages with no response. It is now December 6th and I have still not received any form of communication. I would like to find out how to get in contact with the company to receive my deposit. The owner refuses to answer my phone calls and will not return my phone calls.
