    Horrible svc Does not file work with company warranty for documentation. Purchased new mower in for service several times each year for same reason. Once warranty expired took to another shop. Come to find out there's a design flaw with motor and needs new motor now due issue not addressed. Motor company stated they had no record of work done. Which means the RC did not address the true issue or did not have experienced personal and did enough to get by. Maker of motor said they could not do anything because it was out of warranty. RC does not have experience people working and repairing lawn equipment or front desk girl have experience treating customers. They were excellent at blaming us as the problem. Bad gas several times, etc.. The issue was the air filter did not sit on the motor properly and allowed dirt, dust, etc down into the motor. Current repair facility stated that we only put 50 hours on the mower and now we are out $1400.00 for a new mower that could have been prevented with a replaced engine that was flawed. One star is stating to much.

    The customer purchased parts to service engine themselves. Machine was out of warranty. We never seen machine for service work from day one. Always for issues with carburetor because water in fuel. That issue is not covered by warranty anyways. But customer doesn't believe that. Customer purchased own air filter and oil and oil filter. I have receipts showing they purchased them. I also have receipts showing what work we did. No reason to file anything with Simplicity when it wasn't manufacturers issue. All this goes back on the customer.
