Atrocious.AgSouth Farm Credit has a large footprint but the quality of service is extremely inconsistent.Had an aggravating transaction with a loan officer asking for a hard credit pull for a pre-qual letter. Seemed like she was new to the job. Got a lot of details of my credit report wrong including my score.I declined the hard pull request, went with another local credit union and no issues at all.Don't bother here. Go with United!

I have applied for a construction loan on three separate occasions, and unfortunately, my applications have been denied each time. After careful consideration and reflection, I believe that racial discrimination played a significant role in these repeated denials.

As a Black American, I value fairness, equal opportunity, and integrity. I approached AgSouth Farm Credit with the expectation that my loan application would be evaluated on its merits, without any bias or discriminatory factors. Regrettably, the outcome of my applications has led me to question whether AgSouth Farm Credit operates with the same principles that I hold dear.

I am deeply troubled by the possibility that AgSouth Farm Credit may be engaging in discriminatory lending practices. As a reputable financial institution, it is crucial that AgSouth Farm Credit upholds its responsibility to treat all customers fairly and without prejudice, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
