    I am filing a consumer complaint regarding a rental property at ******************************, managed by ******* and ***** Morgan, members of MORGAN PROPERTY HOLDINGS LLC. The property was represented as move-in ready and I was asked to advance my lease start from September 12 to August 29, 2025. Upon inspection, I found multiple issues including mold and mildew in the walk-in shower, dead maggots in the refrigerator/freezer/ice machine, dried paint in the kitchen sink, spider webs throughout, paint splatters, and a water leak behind the refrigerator. I attempted to clean the unit with standard products and tools, but the mold remained. The landlords later admitted the shower required regrouting. An Early Termination Agreement was executed and my deposit refunded, but only after significant inconvenience and misrepresentation. As someone with **** 30 General Industry Certification, I can state the property was not habitable in the condition presented. This complaint is submitted for public record to warn other consumers.

    I am unable to attach the reference letter from current tenant and time stamp of home inspection showing the inspector deemed the shower dirty.  Please advise on what additional information you need.  Thank you in advance.
