    On Feb 26, 2024, I had a pituitary tumor removed. In February my water bill went from 105 to over 400 dollars. It kept going up every month since this time. To date my water bill is over 1000 dollars. I called the water company and I left a message about my bill. I call again and spoke to someone. I explained the situation. They asked me how many people live in my apartment. I stated 2 people and a dog. I stated that we do not use that much water. I called my maintenance and they came to check for any water leaks. They found no water leaks inside my home. I then called the water **** again. They said that they would send someone out. I dont know if they really send somebody out or not. They said that they did and that they found nothing wrong outside that the problem was inside. I have called to the water company several times and they said that we had to pay this bill. They told me that 200 dollars had to be paid and a payment arrangement had to be made, They said that I had to pay and extra 50 dollars long with the current bill which keeps going up every month. I told them to check my previous bills which we only paid about 105 a month. In 2023 which the same problem where our bill was 800 dollars. They took care of it after we took the our maintenance report. Now it happening again only every month. From February thru August my bill has been going up. I dont believe that its going to change unless the water company does an investigation. They havent checked with any other tenants or checked their bills to see if there is a real problem. The water company needs to be investigated. I cannot afford to pay a 1000 dollar water bill. Please help with this problem. I have call Wral and spoke to *****. He sent an email to everyone involved in this matter. He was told that the water company called our home and spoke to someone and told us that they will give us 50% off the bill but not the whole bill. I told ***** that no one called me.
