      ZERO STARS!!! BEWARE!!! Estimate was WAY over and when I called them to notify them that MANY pieces would not be going. I was cut off from listing all of them and told that it wouldn't make a difference. Of course, it was added weight that the estimate reflected so in their benefit not to remove. Day of, 3 people show up to move 26,000 lbs!! Then they wanted to charge me more for "added labor". NEVER in all of my moves have any less than 4 men showed up and it was always smaller moves than this last one. Furniture was dropped, labeling and inventory wasn't completed. They were quick to answer and move before they collected shy of $18,000 from us but now that they have their money, the little customer service they exhibited beforehand went out the window! This has been an unprofessional, incompetent job since day one. BEWARE!!!

      We are disappointed that your move did not meet your expectations. Our sales representative provided you with a fixed price proposal which you agreed to and signed. Your final payment was for the exact amount that you signed for. Within the agreement, there were 2 packing days, 2 loading days and 2 days for delivery. While we have been short staffed due to covid like every other business, we did complete your job within the agreed upon time frame. We wish you all the best and hope you enjoy your new home.

      We are moving from *******, NC to ******, OK. Mayflower notified us yesterday that they are unable to find the truck containing our HHG. They are two weeks overdue. It is time for us to take action.

      The main portion of your household goods (21,200 lbs) was delivered to your home in *****, OK on 4/29/2021. Unfortunately, sometimes a shipment of your size doesn't fit all on one truck. There was a leave over (2817 lbs) which was crated and shipped to the local agent in Oklahoma City for delivery out. You were informed last week that due to in error the leave over was sent out a week later than it was supposed to have been sent. Our phone call to you yesterday was to inform you that the leave over portion of your shipment had not arrived to the local agent as of yet and we would keep you updated when it arrived.
      At no point in any conversation have you been advised that we were unable to locate your shipment, because that is simply not the case.

      The tone of the response from Sandhills is deceiving. You would think that they initiated the calls. Quite the opposite. We discovered the first error by calling them. There were never any calls from Sandhills keeping us updated on the status of the second shipment. The call yesterday was made by us. The Sandhills representative said that she did not know where our shipment was. She said she would call back later in the day which she did. She told us that she still did not know where our shipment was but they would try to find it. So, it was lost. We now think that it is somewhere between Memphis and OKC. But we wonder if we will get an update. Feeling good about getting part of the shipment here on time is ridiculous. In order to get our house in order, we need it all here. Not one part here and the rest over two weeks later. By the way, ******* told us that they no longer weigh the trucks. She also told us, as did the driver, that they would have no problem fitting all of our HHG on that Mayflower Moving Van. So, as we try to get things together we are forced to look for parts that may be on the lost second shipment. Who knows? We would like to know if Mayflower will provide us to place our belongings i where we want them in our house or do they plan to just drop crates in our driveway. Sandhills really needs to upgrade their communication skills. We are going to notify **** that there is a chance that our HHG are not lost and to put our caim on hold. We just thought that submitting a claim when this happened was much better than waiting day after day for a call. We will get back to you if the HHG arrive to describe the service that Mayflower provides us at our home.
