I purchased a wall sized dragon mural that cost over $700 for our pediatrics office. We designed the whole patient room around the mural - a castle exam table and scale, chartreuse wall paint to match the mural, even a dragon hand made sink and faucet! We had professionals install the mural and then one evening a couple days after installation, the mural fell off the wall and onto itself. It got all stuck together from the sticky backside, rendering it unusable. I contacted Magic Murals with pictures and requests for a replacement mural. They falsely advertise a "100% satisfaction guarantee" on their website. They made me send all kinds of pictures and information, from the paint can, the VOC info., etc., which I did. Turns out they were just searching for reasons to blame the faulty mural on me, the consumer, or the professionals who installed our mural. Then Magic Murals said they would sell me a new discounted mural, which would still cost over $300. This company needs to stand by their "100% satisfaction guarantee" and replace their defective mural at no cost to me. I have purchased many wall-sized very expensive murals from them before. For Magic Murals to not honor their falsely advertised "100% satisfaction guarantee" is despicable. More Information from Consumer: **** ******* from Magic Murals contacted me this morning and said that Magic Murals would replace the mural. I am satisfied with this resolution and Mr. *******'s prompt handling of the situation and would like for my complaint against Magic Murals to be dismissed.
