  Two weeks ago, a representative of this company contacted me in response to my request for services through the BBB website. We talked on the phone about what I needed, and he provided a rough estimate of the cost. Twelve days ago, I called him to say I had chosen him to do the work. He agreed to provide a written quote and certification of proper insurance, and said he was in his truck but would call me back later that day to offer a couple dates to do the work. I find no evidence in my cell phone log, text messages, or email that he contacted me again. I hired someone else to do the work, and it's done. I don't know what justifies this business's rating as an A+ BBB Accredited Business.

  Hello Mr. ******* I apologize for not getting back to you. It is not my intentions nor is it common for me to not schedule an approved quote. I am not an owner that stays behind a desk all day every day, I go to every job and this is why my company has an A rating. Unfortunately this puts me behind the wheel and not able to schedule calls in that moment all the time. As you said in your review, when we spoke on the phone I was in my truck and not able to schedule an appointment right at that moment. I will usually ask that you text me, so that when I am stopped, I will see the text as a reminder to call a client or schedule an appointment, and this typically works out for me pretty well with no issues till now. This job somehow slipped through the cracks, and I did not call you back after you told me you wanted to pay me to perform your electrical work. I assure you it was not intentional nor is this a common occurrence (I think this is a first). However, I feel like a phone call the next day after I didn't call you on the agreed evening would have more appropriate, than giving my business a 1-star rating on BBB for an honest oversite. I am sorry I let you down. I will look into a better method to ensure this kind of thing does not happen again in the future.

  Beware BWM Electrical in ********** owed by *****.Please pass this along. I encourage anyone who has had work done to have it inspected. INSTALLED A DEATH TRAP IN MY HOME AND TAKES NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!!***** sent **** out to install a new outlet.install all new outlets,switches and 4 light/fan fixtures in spring of 2022.I thought everything was fine.But its not.**** installed the outlet incorrect.Then jammed it into an already overcrowded box up in my ceiling.I called in a emergency electrician back in January for a bad breaker.He replaced the breaker and I followed up with ***** as instructed.***** came out.I explained that the bathroom outlet **** installed was not working.A kitchen outlet was out and the fan/light and switch were out in the spare bedroom and the breaker keeps going off.He said ok Ill send you a quote for a rewire as he felt that would be the best way to address so many problems.I called back the emergency electrician and he came out.Fixed the bathroom outlet.But when opening the light fixture he found a charred smothering ******* was not any bad part. It was something that should have never been installed.I reached back out to ***********He scheduled to meet with me almost two weeks out.That was yesterday 3/7/2025.He was baffled how such a mistake could be made.Assured me that brads helper no longer work for his company and wanted to make this right.He left me with a $25,000 rewire estimate.broken over crowded box,broken fan light fixture and a broken charred light switch.When I mentioned all this damage was caused by the improper installation of the outlet.he still did not feel any responsibility to fix the ******** careful! I hired this man for some updates and pieces of mide everything was wired correctly in the boxes. He installed a fire hazard.He is also has a big fat F with the BBB for not responding to other complaints. I will follow the proper procedures to hold him accountable for such a grave business *********** BETTER ***** AND ****

  I recently had the opportunity to call *** for a quote to do some work in my home. Once I approved the quote they started working, they were quick, polite, very responsive to all my questions & concerns & most of all very professional. I really appreciate how they went above & beyond to make sure I had what I wanted. I will definitely keep using them for all my electrical needs. Thank you ***** for all your help.
