      This person took my money for delivery of a model aircraft and said it would be shipped by the end of the week well its been TWO months now and he does not respond to emails or calls to let me know anything about my order. He completely ignores any communication attempt, this man should not be in business.

      Carolina Custom Kits located in *****, North Carolina sold me one of their custom laser cut balsa airplane kits on October 30, 2018. There was some discussion shortly after about returning the kit for the purpose of converting the kit to a multi-engine. The purchased kit was returned to Carolina Custom Kits unopened ( in original shipping ).Since the return, I have been trying to contact the owner for status of the conversion. Various efforts to reach the owner including text messages, emails, telephone calls, registered mail and two ( 2 ) visits to his residence have failed. I provided additional material on my last visit for the kit modification, which has never been returned. After not receiving my request, I did some extensive research into the background of the owner ( ************************* ). What I found was that others have experienced similar problems in business dealings.Some of my research came from Internet records including county titles, business complaints, Intelius search, and North Carolina Better Business Bureau.Most records indicate numerous businesses such as:Discount Balsa - Founder Million Dollar Scramble - Mastermind Altezza Solar, LLC - Owner Green ****** Solar - Owner ******************** - *********** Broker Creative CC ( *************************** CEO FHTM- Executive Sales Manager The ****************** - *********************** Services ) - Pilot Carolina Custom Kits - Owner Currently: ******* ***************** Owner I would advise everyone to avoid any financial dealings with ******************************** this point, I am trying to regain complete compensation ( Appx $ ****** ) in material furnished to Carolina Custom Kits.Carolina Custom Kits ******* *************** ***********************************. *********************************************** ******************************** TEL # *************** TEL # ***************

      I ordered an R/C plane kit a year ago. I have sent them emails and tried to call them to get a refund. The phone number on there site is not working. Can something be done to get my money back? They need to be shut down .They charged me $660.00 for the kit.
