- N.C. Gen. Stat. § 20-75 for failure to deliver title.
- N.C. Gen. Stat. § 20-71.4 for failure to disclose damage.
- N.C. Gen. Stat. § 20-79.1 for improper use of temporary markers.
- N.C. Gen. Stat. § 20-74 for making false statement about date of sale.The matter is pending.
