My mother-in-law went in for an oil change on a 2017 Buick Lacrosse and a replaced TPMS. The people had the audacity to tell my mother-in-law that her oil was low and that they would have to charge her extra, during the oil change, to replace the missing oil. Common sense says, "It takes the same amount of oil to fill up after draining... One of the **** was going out and the business said that they needed to replace all four of them because, "They could tell they were about to go out." Negative, fix the problematic one and move on. Getting back to the oil change, they wanted to charge her extra to order a replacement oil filter because they used the only one they had on hand for her oil change. That is a business expense, not a customer expense. Not to mention they destroyed my brother-in-laws car a few months back because they didn't take the plug off the oil filter, and test drove it til the engine locked up. Yall are scamming people.

They practice the tire plug scam.Go in for a tire plug. They reject the plug and say you need a new tire. When you say no they say you cant take the car as a liability issue. Yes they literally kidnap your car. Blacks tire has many police incident reports of people having to call the cops to get their vehical
