      False advertising Underhanded dealings. Gives a price to get you in and changes it after the work is done. The amount is almost 3 times the price given at intake. And I all I was getting done was an oil change and now my engine light is on. I will be against recommending this service department to anyone. Dealing with them is like dealing with a used car lot has nothing but salvaged titled cars to sell. Note I have not and will not but a car from any of their locations just because of the service department.

      I spoke with Mr. ************************* today.  He explained the reason for his review.  He was understandably upset that he was given a quote of $65.00 for his oil change when he scheduled his appointment, and then charged $135.00 after the service was completed.  He challenged the price with the service advisor at the time of check out and the service advisor stated she was sorry, but that was our price.  He paid his bill and left.

      I expressed to ******************* that he had every right to be upset.  I explained to him that our number one goal is customer retention, not money.  We strive to earn our customers' loyalty by being loyal to them.  I apologized to ******************** and informed him that I have already taken the time to train our staff involved in this particular instance and staff with the same roles.  (BDC, Service Advisors, Customer Advocates, Cashier)  If we quote a price, whether or not it is accurate, we honor the price, as this is a direct reflection of our character and integrity.

      I also promised ******************* a full refund for his service and promised him his next oil change for free, in an effort to regain his trust and patronage.

      In his review, he stated he has a check engine light on.  ****** scheduled for him to come this following Monday for us to determine why the light is on, and promised that if it is something we caused, we would take care of the repair for him.  

      Furthermore, I gave ******************* my contact information, so that he has a direct outlet to voice his concerns, whether positive or negative.

      ******************** was completely satisfied with this resolution and looks forward to returning to us for service.  We have a customer for life.

      I brought the ***** I purchased here because of a leak. They were very kind & professional & because I had purchased the car just a few weeks ago, they despaired it with no charge. Very courteous & professional. I felt like an appreciated customer.

      We completely understand the customers frustration with the wait time they experienced to finalize the paperwork for a new vehicle purchase. It was a busier than usual Saturday. ****************** can personally reach out to me ******************* the General Manager if he has any further questions.       My vehicle is a 2020 Wrangler Sahara with 30K. It was looked at, serviced and returned to me 4 times in the last year for the same condition ( uncontrolled jerking). The first time they replaced the steering stabilizer right before my drive to FL. Halfway through the drive, the violent jerking returned. When i brought it back they stated that the installed the incorrect part. The jerking came back 3 more times, leading to 3 more service visits.Last month, i scheduled another appointment where they were asked to address the ongoing vibration, sun visor that fell off and the auto Start/Stop no working. After waiting for 6 hours, they came out and said there is nothing wrong with the Start/Stop and the issue is the way that i drive. When i asked them to look at the battery for this component, they found that it was bad and replaced it. For the visor, they had to order a new part, but stated they "Jammed it back up" so it wont fall down between now and the time they can put the new part in. In the process, they scratched up the interior trim of the jeep with whatever tool they were using.I returned to the dealer this month to drop off my car again for them to address the sun visor and the jerking that keeps returning. Having my vehicle for 8 days, you would think it would be pretty close to perfectly fixed. This was not the case. It was not until I was about 10 miles from the dealer where my tire was reading 24 PSI. I went right back to the dealership. When we looked at the tire, we discovered that they took my spare and for some l reason put this on my front passenger tire...Without telling me anything. They said that they did it for safety reasons, but i don't know what is safe about sending me on my way with one tire with 24 PSI. Then they said that i needed 4 new tires because they are all a safety hazard. So, i allowed them to replace the tires. $1400.00 later, i was on my way home again only to find tools / parts strewed throughout my Jeep.

      Great service and environment, I am loving the van we bought! ***** the sells rep was able to answer all our questions and find us the right one. The financial guy also really knew his stuff and was very professional.
