    For all individuals who are looking to become future home owners, Homes By Vanderbuilt would be an awesome choice for your modular home. The homes are built using top quality material, structurally sound and beautiful. The home office is located in *******, ** with many on site models to walk through. Please go by and check them out. My personal statement I have subcontracted (Escorted) for Homes By Vanderbuilt for 22 years. I have personally helped deliver about every home purchased in those 22 years. We have an awesome delivery team, three skilled experienced drivers with great safety records. Our on site set up crews do superb work and safety is ranked very high with both crews. The office manager, ****** and his assistant ******** handle many daily tasks, ****** is a responsible, reasonable and approachable individual. I have enjoyed working under his daily instructions. The owner of Homes By Vanderbuilt is also very approachable and reasonable. He deeply cares about each employee, subcontractor and customer.GREAT TEAM WORK BY ALL!!!

    Hello, After looking into this we do not have a customer ********** Some people look up ******************** Mortgage ( owned by ******* Homes) and assume we are the same company. Looks like this customer is from ******** and we do not build in ********. Please have them clarify this and have him remove this review. If i am wrong please have them contact me so i can assist them **************

    These are nice homes but they all look alike in color. The outside of these houses are the same color; dull looking. I am going to purchase the Legend 4 and I rather have the house reached and wait to finish the attic. Homes by Vanderbuilt need to give some of these houses some really nice curb appeal.

    From our visit to the lot through our (now) first three months in our new home, I have to say, wow. Other than our wait time for our home to be built, (Covid of coarse) I can't say anything bad. They have all been super friendly and absolutely fantastic about addressing any problem or concern we've voiced. We love our new home and everyone who has come to visit, ooze and ahs over the the kitchen (MY FAVORITE) and living room space as well as the master bathroom shower. Our electric bills have been unbelievably lower than our previous home of fifty one years. That's because of the exterior construction which allows for a higher insulation value.
    I recommended Homes by Vanderbuilt to my oldest, dearest and best friend, knowing I would never jeopardize that friendship so, yes, I have and will continue to highly recommend them.
