            I moved an annuity in 2017 and filed a form stating I wanted to receive my RMD each year in early June. Then in 2019 I moved a second annuity. Forms were printed and put in front of me and I was asked to sign them. I was unaware a form had been printed on the annuity which was moved in 2017. This stopped my RMD on that annuity for 2019. I was sent a blank 5329 form and was unable to file my taxes before Covid shut everything down. I filed my taxes in June 2019. My CPA said I should get a refund however because of the mistake caused by Bostian Retirement I ended up owing the IRS over $1000. Elizabeth W****** had no business printing a form on an annuity which we were not even working on that day. I have in the past recommended this company to friends however, in the future I will do everything I can to hurt their business.
