We emailed 3 times and no response, we message me then on ******** and they blocked us.We bought a large glider two chairs and two tables for over $4000 and it was delivered just two years ago. We also purchased covers directly from this company to ensure that the furniture was protected.The delivery process was full of flaws part of the shipment got lost , it took several days to find it and then it was finally delivered.Upon delivery, the furniture had no caps on the open pipes, bolts that stuck through the pipe handles and had sharp edges on them, we had some chipping paint. the back of the chair had/has all kinds of metal like chips in the back that look like they just spray painted over, and we had overspray. In working with the company they sent caps that we had to pay for, sent touchup paint that we had to do and told us that the overspray would wipe off, and the rough parts and bolts where all normal. Needless to say the experience and quality at was not great and what we expected based on the price and discussions we had during the porches process, they resumed any adjustments and said we would have to pay shipping to return. We love the overall look of the furniture so much we bite the bullet and thought we would cut our losses and keep it.Barely two years in we have rust all over and paint the is lifting off all over, one chair leg metal collapsed as it is totally rusted out. I sent 3 emails and they have not reach back out at all.I would caution, any one considering a purchase of this furniture to be extra careful and think twice unless you only want it for short period of time.We are very dissatisfied customer .
