Unfulfilled promise of recompense for completed survey. Promised gift card of 500 dollars. This is a medical review survey and I am a medical provider. While I do not need the 500 dollars, I take issue with any form of research advertising itself as existing to support health, well being and medical advances to help people, and yet acting through shady and harassing processes and not following through. I did not ask to be contacted about dementia: I do support work taking part for those individuals and their families affected by this disease. Medical research is expensive, treatments are expensive: the costs of healthcare drain and bankrupt people and their families. There is no email or telephone number that contacts your company to result in any response. You are a disgraceful waste of time and any funded research is highly doubt you are ethically completing.

We are writing in response to the customer review received at the ******************** on August 22, 2025, regarding the ************************************************** Clinician Survey. In the review the individual indicated that they had completed the survey and had not received the promised $500 gift card incentive and that there is no email or telephone number that contacts your company to result in any response. On Thursday, August 21, the day prior to the date the review was submitted to the BBB, RTI International sent the individual an email message thanking them for their participation in the study; the message included the $500 gift card incentive redemption link and expiration date (11/20/2025) and the projects toll-free helpdesk telephone number. On Friday, August 22, 2025, the individual responded to that message, indicating that the incentive was expired and that they were unable to reach anyone. The project staff replied to the individual within 30 minutes of receiving the message, indicating that the incentive expiration date is November 20, 2025, and encouraging them to reach out to the project via the toll-free telephone number if they had any questions or concerns. Having received no response to this email, the ************** Clinician Survey Project Director contacted the individual by phone on August 26, 2025, and left a voicemail message with the Project Directors contact information as well as the toll-free project telephone number. The Project Director also followed up with the individual via email, again confirming that the incentive had not been redeemed and that it expires on November 20, 2025, providing the redemption link, and encouraging the individual to contact the Project Director or the project helpdesk via email or toll-free telephone number. The primary goal of the **** is to enable research that will guide practices and policies to ensure that all people living with dementia receive optimal care from a well-prepared and well-supported workforce. Over ****** community clinicians, including doctors, physician associates, and nurse practitioners, will be recruited to participate in a web-based survey and followed longitudinally. Administrators and staff in nursing homes, assisted living centers, and home health care agencies will also be invited to participate in surveys focused on training, working conditions, and changes in employment, and will be followed longitudinally.

The RTI International organization keeps harassing my family with letters regarding their drug use study. None of us use drugs and we have told the person coming to our door many times that we do not wish to participate. We have been sent four letters within the week, and it looks like it wont stop.

This company keeps sending the same women to our home at various times for the past month+ its been 5+ weeks of the same thing. We are NOT interested in participating in any survey. I dont care about getting $30 for some hour long survey. IM NOT GOING TO ANSWER THE DOOR LET ALONE ******* TO THIS WOMEN YOU KEEP SENDING. this woman comes on Sundays at 7-8pm ringing our door cam back to back and waiting in our lobby for 30+ mins as according to our neighbor. She has shown up on religious holidays pulling the same stunt. since July 12th to now its constant ringing our door cam. she shows up 3-4 times a week every week at various times. from 12pm, 2pm, 3pm, 7-8pm. what part of we aren't interested does this company not get that they keep sending the same women over back to back? then they have the audacity to send us letters. REMOVE OUR ADDRESS AND INFORMATION FROM YOUR DATABASE AND DO NOT SEND ANYONE OVER EVER AGAIN. DO NOT SELL OUR INFORMATION OFF TO ANY DATA COLLECTION AGENCY, WE WANT IT REMOVED. We already have door logs and screen shots of each day she has shown up not to mention a video log of her entering our building without our permission which is trespassing. if this continues we will be pursuing legal action and submitting a report to local law enforcement for the constant harassment of this women being beyond pushy and ringing our doorbell back to back for 30 mins straight. I EXPECT TO HAVE A RTI CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ******* TO THIS. AND IF THIS DOESNT STOP I PROMISE IT WILL EFFECT YOUR FUTURE FUNDING. SO CONTANT ME ASAP.

Second letter received even though survey was refused. Called their number and asked to be removed, got voicemail. Perhaps a class action suit would be in order as the internet is full of complaints about this harassment.
