    My daughter ************************* was a driving student at this school. She completed the theoretical portion and driving test but not the behind the wheel instruction. Shortly after the new year we received a letter in the mail from the driving school with her DMV paperwork stating she has completed both her theoretical and behind the wheel instruction. I have spoken with the new owner of the driving school twice via phone and have communicated with him via email (including an attached photo of the papers we received in the mail). He has yet to respond to my request to schedule my daughter for her in person driving lessons.

    We made numerous attempts to schedule the driving portion, from August 2023 to December 2023. The contract was good for 90 days. Idrive hand over hand driving school is under a new  administrator. ****************** has received the necessary paperwork for a her teen to receive their learner's permit. I will reach out to the new administrator to see what we can agree on.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    My daughter ****** received the in person instruction. Are you seriously suggesting I take her paperwork to the *** without the driving lessons??? Secondly,  there was NEVER a mentioning of *** time period in which the hours were required to be completed; in fact I was told we had until she was 18 years of age! This response is absolutely irresponsible and outrageous given the fact that we have not received what we paid for

     Also, you have made ZERO attempts to get my daughter scheduled. I M the one who reached out every single time. We specifically agreed to reconvene after the new year. The fact that ownership changed was completely out of our control and pushing students out the door without the necessary instruction is simply dangerous and a terrible business practice!
