      On November 22nd, I signed an agreement with this company to consign my items. They came by and picked up my items on February 21st. On March 10th, I contacted ****** ******** to ask for an update on my items and the sales. He informed me that my items had started selling and that I should receive a report that week or the following week, since reports are issued bi-weekly. On March 27th, I contacted him again to inquire about payments and the sales report but received no response. After countless emails over the past couple of weekswith no responseit seems to me that this company and its employees have decided to ignore me. I have also tried contacting ******* ***** via text, as attached below. I added ***** ********, the manager, to the email chain, but I have not received a response from him either. I have even reached out to them on their Instagram platform and through other channels, but they have yet to respond. They have taken over $3,000 worth of my items for consignment and have not paid me or provided any reports regarding the status of my items. Below, I have attached all correspondence indicating that they have my items, as well as documentation of my repeated attempts to obtain updates and/or payment for any items they have sold.

      I shipped all my collectibles off to this consignment company called *****. It was a referral from a friend, but they are very well known in the Funko world for selling on all platforms . They have a million + square foot warehouse in **************. I felt really good about letting my collection go to them in the beginning, but now I feel like I made a huge mistake. I signed my contract with them mid January, and they picked up my collection Feb 6, and let me know my items arrived at the warehouse 2/12 and were given a sell-by date of 5/21. They let me know they completed the internal processing of all items and items should start selling the following week. I received my first sales sheet on 3/4, which showed a number of items had been sold, but the contract agreed upon percentage cut of the profits was wrong. They apologized profusely, and said the next sales sheet should go out the following week, and the first payment should be 2-3 business days after the 1st sales sheet. I waited a week after the first sales sheet, and no deposit. I asked them if everything was ok, they said the items are still selling, but they were backed up on payments because of an accounting transition. They then said the next sales sheet should be coming "soon". That email was on 3/12. They emailed me again on 3/13 saying everyone was super busy, but they would get me an update shortly. That was the last time I have heard from them.I have been emailing weekly with no response. I have also been emailing the Owner for the last week. I have not received any sales sheets other than the first one, and I have yet to receive a deposit. Their live auctions, sales, etc. have all been happening with no interruptions. I go into the live chats on the live auctions & asking the auctioneers to reach out for me, they say yes they will and to DM them, & still haven't gotten a response. I even watched an auctioneer text someone live on the auction for me, but who knows if that was just for show.
