- At King's Auto Detailing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the results of your detailing service, please let us know within 24-48 hours of your service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and make any necessary adjustments to meet your expectations.
Service Redo:
- If a specific area of your vehicle was not cleaned or detailed to your satisfaction, we offer a complimentary redo of that service within 7 days of the original service date. Simply contact us to schedule the redo at your earliest convenience.
No Refunds Policy:
- Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer cash refunds. However, if you are not satisfied, we will provide the necessary corrections or adjustments to ensure you are happy with the results.
Non-Transferable Services:
- Services are provided directly to the vehicle that was detailed. They are non-transferable to other vehicles or customers.
Prepaid Packages:
- Prepaid detailing packages are non-refundable but can be transferred to another vehicle with the original customer’s authorization.
Exceptions:
- Please note that our return/exchange policy does not cover issues caused by pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or conditions that were outside the scope of the service provided
